Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator Business Unit: COCOA Based: Surabaya, Gresik


Responsibilities:
In general the Mechanical Lead Supervisor activities are: Supervise mechanical maintenance crew to ensure safe work execution. Co-ordinate daily work execution including permits, work acceptance criteria, precision maintenance and contractors. Participate in developing weekly maintenance schedule. Update and maintain CMMS by proving feedback on executed work, ensure work hours, job plan improvement feedback, RCA are captured. Work with the maintenance team to develop documented maintenance strategies for all plant equipment and eliminate failures through root cause failure analysis and reliability centered maintenance activities Work Scheduling Focus mainly upon predictive maintenance actions PdM and preventive maintenance PM related to his activity. Creates a weekly schedule from Monday to Friday maintenance and non-urgent work orders Participates in weekly scheduling meeting in relation with the production department prior to the weekly logistic meetings in order to synchronize the requested actions with the production needs. Re-assign work force for any schedule breaking events that need to be addressed instantly Participate in shutdown schedule creation. Work Coordination

Coordinates execution of all maintenance activities for mechanics and contractors. Prepares maintenance jobs writing down the needed permits following a set advanced notice and have them signed on due time by the relevant persons. Reconsiders the job according to the work conditions progresses. Dispatches the safety and production orders prior to the job. Responsible for the contractors, enforcing Cargill internal rules and abiding the safety regulations. Makes sure mechanics have all the necessary spare parts.

Work completion Checks the compliance of execution compared to the job plan. According to highly selective predefined criteria, checks contractor performance quality including jobsite cleanliness. Files the completed permit. Hand back finished work to production Records job feedback in the CMMS including details of the used spare parts, hours worked, tools, the material and additional specific needs. When needed, creates a follow up workorder in the CMMS. Supports job plans improvements basis findings from executed works. Projects Can participate in micro projects or punctual missions, being integrated in a team or in a self contained way for a set result. Performance indicators Forwards, in due time, the indicators specific to his activity field to the maintenance manager for the monthly report writing. Examples are % worked reported. Monthly follows maintenance performance indicators KPI. Purchase orders Guarantees the compliance with the Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) procedure in his activity field. Supervision Manage and supervise the mechanical own labor team and the fixed contractor labor team (including scaffolding, insulation, painting etc.) up to 20 persons. Executes individual job evolutions with his delegates 2x per year. Responsible for employee engagement improvement for the mechanical team.

Requirements:
Certified engineer/Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge. Good knowledge of Maintenance process and activities. Basic computer skills. Extensive knowledge of Maintenance Management System Minimum 5 years mechanical maintenance experience, preferably hands on Understanding operating context of site assets / process systems Working and practical knowledge applicable PdM technologies such as: Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Infrared, Ultra Sound, and Motor Circuit Evaluation

Ability to organize, coordinate and accomplish multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with or establishing a team. Be a team leader. Demonstrated effective systematic problem solving skills.
