Gabrielle Steckman
EXPERTISE: PARTICIPANT DIRECTION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
An Associate Manager with PCG Public Partnerships, Gabrielle Steckman leads a team of program managers and business analysts who provide nancial management services for a portfolio of participant direction programs and contracts in multiple states. These programs provide home and community-based services to adults and children with various disabilities who have chosen to direct their own long term services and supports. Portfolio duties involve leadership in program and contract management, operations management and account management, as well as business development.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Ms. Steckman earned a BA in organizational communication and a minor in English at Western Michigan University and will be receiving her MBA from Clark University in May 2014. She is a Certied Business Analyst and a Certied Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience
Prior to joining PPL, Ms. Steckman gained over 15 years of experience working mostly for Fortune 50 companies in the health care sector, with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid-related programs and products. During this time, she demonstrated success as a leader in strategic planning, account management, project management, business analysis, instructional design, course facilitation product development, and communications. She is passionate about the many aspects of health care and often plays a critical leadership role in ensuring programs, products, processes, and services are implemented accurately and on time.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
Ms. Steckman is passionate about her community and has served on the Board of Directors for two local non-prot organizations: the Womens Resource Agency in Colorado Springs, Colorado and SET Family Medical Clinics in Colorado Springs.
