Representation Agreement
I, the undersigned _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Residing at _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tel: _______________________________Fax:__________________________ Email: _____________________________, have a pending application for Canadian permanent residence with the Government of Canada under the (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, 2002 and Immigration Regulations, 2002), under the Economic Class as a Federal Skilled Worker. It was submitted prior to 28 February 2008. I hereby engage the services of CanadaClassAction.com represented herein by Mes. Cecil L. Rotenberg and Colin R. Singer (Canadian immigration lawyers) to undertake their best efforts to oppose legislation being implemented by the Government of Canada authorizing the refusal/ return of my pending application. Such efforts (hereinafter referred to as advocacy representations) may include an application to be filed in my name and/or the name of others with similar interests before the Federal Court of Canada and may include a claim for damages against the Government of Canada to be recoverable under applicable Canadian law in the circumstances resulting from the Canadian governments failure to assess my application under the previous criteria. Advocacy representations may also include negotiating terms and conditions with the Department of Justice as my Canadian lawyers deem appropriate in their sole discretion; lobbying media in Canada and/or outside Canada; utilizing social media to apprise Canadians and other measures to be determined by my Canadian lawyers in their sole discretion. Advocacy representations does not include assistance to process my application with the visa office if litigation is successful. FEES: I agree to remit non-refundable counsel fees, (which includes applicable government fees and related incidentals should the circumstances permit), to my Canadian immigration lawyers of $400.00 (FOUR HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS) when I sign this engagement. I agree that the above fees are not refundable under any circumstance. This Agreement, its construction and performance shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Qubec.
