Paris High School and Junior High Daily Announcements April 4, 2014 HIGH SCHOOL:

Attention all students! Yearbooks will be on sale April 1 May 1 for $30.00. After that, the price will go up to $35. If you would like to purchase a yearbook please contact Mrs. Mason or one of the yearbook staff. Any athlete who lettered in basketball this season needs to see Coach Billington if they want their letter or pins. Juniors need to pay their class dues by next Friday, April 11th. The dues are $10 per person. Attention all FBLA State Leadership Conference Attendees--There will be a meeting during intervention on Monday, April 7 to finalize instructions for state and to find out what still needs to be paid for you to attend. The annual FBLA "all you eat pancake breakfast" is Saturday, April 5, from 7-10 a.m. in the Paris High School cafeteria. FBLA members are selling tickets. The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for ages 3-12, and under 3 years of age eat free. We will be serving pancakes, link sausage, juice, milk, and coffee. The money raised will be use to help pay for the expenses of sending 23 students to the State Leadership Conference in Columbia and to fund the senior FBLA scholarship. Please buy a ticket to help support the FBLA as this is the only big fundraiser that we host each year. Thank you so much for your support. SENIORS: Bring 5 pictures to Mr. Freitag for the senior slide by TODAY. Also any group pictures you want added. Paris CTA scholarship application is ready and deadline is TODAY. See Mrs. Youse for application. For students majoring in education. The state park service has job openings for this summer. If anyone is interested in applying, please let Mr. Willingham know. April 9 @ 6pm in the HS Cafeteria Planning Committee for 8 grade Promotion Dance All 8th grade parents and students are invited to attend. We will be brainstorming ideas for themes, decorations, food etc.

FCA leadership team will meet in Mrs. Ensor's room TODAY during intervention. FCA is planning a trip to see a movie in Columbia Sunday afternoon. See Mrs. Ensor or Mrs. Wisner for details. You need to sign up with Mrs. Ensor by Friday so we can plan rides and get permission slips signed. FCA planning meeting for grades 7-12 will be Tuesday, April 8, in Mrs. Ensor's room during intervention.
