Our firm primarily caters to Start-ups, Small Businesses and Enterprise concerns that may not have the resources to go to high end firms because of the financial constraints. This makes us to have a social impact while having a corporate presence. The work is generally related to Corporate Legal Advisory, Legal Drafting, Dispute Resolution (Currently out of court), Intellectual Property Consultancy and Fund raising through Venture Capital and Angel investments. Who We Are Partners Ravindra K. Purohit (Managing Partner) Ravindra has an expertise in our Start up Law Practise; Contract drafting, Property laws, Due Diligence, Compliance, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and Registrations. He is also looking into project finance and Private equity practise of our firm. He is our expert on out of court settlements and is a professional mediator. Apart from these, he also gives consultancies on taxation. Vishesh Bansal (Principal, Partner) Vishesh has been actively involved in advising and mentoring startups in legal and non-legal aspects of the business. He closely works with various enterprises and has an expertise in conduction of legal audits, contract drafting, cyber laws, due diligence and compliance. He is also looking into matters of private equity and Project finance and is head of expansion in Real Estate practise. Vishal Thakur (Principal, Partner) Vishal has an expertise in Due diligence, contract drafting, Corporate Advisory and General Legal Advisory for the firm.
