Menu Selection - Calhouns offers banquet facilities for groups of 25 to 5 people. !ou "a# choose one of our preset buffets featuring all #our Calhouns favorites or custo"i$e #our o%n buffet. Guarantee - &he e'act nu"ber of guests "ust be confir"ed 72 hours prior to #our event. &his nu"ber %ill be guaranteed plus an# additional guests. (or )onda# and &uesda# functions* please call in #our guarantee on the preceding (rida#. !our guarantee needs to be as accurate as possible so that appropriate seating and food quantities are prepared. !ou %ill be charged for the "ini"u" nu"ber of guests guaranteed plus an# additional guests. Deposits + &here is no deposit fee for our banquet roo". ,o%ever* a ph#sical cop# of a Credit Card -front . bac/0* along %ith the signed agree"ent is required for final boo/ing. 1lease note that an inquir# for infor"ation does not auto"aticall# reserve #our roo" or date. Calhouns reserves the right to charge a 2150.00 non-refundable deposit in the case of a cancellation after the final boo/ing process is co"pleted. Payment - 1a#"ent is due at the ti"e of the event.
