Menu Selection - Calhouns offers banquet facilities for groups of 25 to 5 people. !ou "a# choose one of our preset buffets featuring all #our Calhouns favorites or custo"i$e #our o%n buffet. Guarantee - &he e'act nu"ber of guests "ust be confir"ed 72 hours prior to #our event. &his nu"ber %ill be guaranteed plus an# additional guests. (or )onda# and &uesda# functions* please call in #our guarantee on the preceding (rida#. !our guarantee needs to be as accurate as possible so that appropriate seating and food quantities are prepared. !ou %ill be charged for the "ini"u" nu"ber of guests guaranteed plus an# additional guests.
