Lead

teachers all have training on how to tell if a child is too sick to be included in school activities; the center does not allow a child with a fever of over 99.9 degrees to come to school for at least 24 hours.

Staff Qualifications and Training in a Child Care Center

I learned that all staff have requirements to meet in education and training in order to work in a child care setting. Center directors and team leads have to have a higher level of education than aides or volunteers. I also was refreshed on standards like contractors not being left alone with children for both the safety of the children and that of the center.
