The following GENERAL CONDITIONS will apply to the above mating, with no other conditions or warranties being stated or implied: Stud Owner(s) Agrees to: House the bitch in a safe and comfortable environment that is similar to kennels current dogs for a period of seven days during the ovulation phase of the heat cycle. Bitch Owner(s) Agrees to: Provide veterinary proof the bitch has been tested negative for brucellosis and other vaginal bacterial diseases with in the past thirty (30) days. (N/A / ). Provide a legible copy of UKC (if applicable) and ABKC registration, including a four generation pedigree. Provide proof of current vaccination and deworming. Have the bitch bathed and groomed, including being free of fleas/ticks/parasites, prior to shipping/delivering for above breeding. (N/A / ). Keep the bitch from any and all other studs during the entire heat cycle (before and after breeding) to ensure no other male may sire the litter expected from above described breeding. Pay all expenses related to said breeding including veterinarian fees, shipping fees (semen, bitch and/or pick(s) from litter), delivery, and other miscellaneous fees directly associated with the breeding. Carefully screen to the best of their ability any and all persons that purchase a puppy/puppies from breeding. This will include the use of a clearly stated contract that prohibits the sale to any persons/store/puppy mill/kennel or any other entity for the use of mass production/indiscriminant breeding or fighting of puppy/puppies. Should any situation mentioned above occur, a penalty in the amount of $500.00 per puppy will be immediately paid to STUD Owner(s) for breach of contract. The following FINANCIAL CONDITIONS will apply to the above mating, with no other conditions or warranties being stated or implied: A Stud fee in the amount of $ is to be paid in full prior to any form of breeding (natural tie or shipping of semen) takes place. All Stud fees paid are non-refundable in part or full. In the event of an unsuccessful breeding (see BREEDING CONDITION section below) Bitch Owner(s) is entitled to ONE additional attempt. Bitch Owner(s) incurs all fees associated with second attempt with no additional Stud fee due. The following BREEDING CONDITIONS will apply to the above mating, with no other conditions or warranties being stated or implied: A SUCCESSFUL breeding will constitute the whelping of at least two (2) puppies that live more than seven (7) days. If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy, this contract will remain in effect until such time Stud Owner(s) is able to make agreed upon pick at eight (8) weeks of age. (N/A / ). If no puppies are born live, or the gender of the puppies do not meet FINANCIAL CONDITIONS above, Stud Owner(s) will have same puppy choice on the future litter between above mentioned Stud and Bitch at her next heat. If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy all registration paperwork will be provided to Stud Owner(s) with no restrictions or conditions that prevent registration in full to Stud Owner(s). The kennel name of DnQ Bullys will be in the registered name of pick puppy/puppies. (N/A / ). If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy and Bitch Owner(s) lives within 100 miles of Stud Owner(s), Bitch Owner(s) will make arrangements for Stud Owner(s) to inspect the litter at regular intervals from whelping up until pick is made. If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy and Bitch Owner(s) lives more than 100 miles (or at a distance that prohibits personal inspection), Bitch Owner(s) agrees to provide Stud Owner(s)with pictures and/or videos of litter from whelping until pick is made, with no longer than 10 days between updates. If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy, arrangement for delivery of Stud Owner(s)s puppy choice will be the responsibility of Bitch Owner(s), including but not limited to, delivery, shipping, and any related costs or fees. If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy, Bitch Owner(s) agrees to keep the litter indoors in proper housing, provide high quality food/sufficient water and veterinary care including but not limited to vaccinations, de-worming, and Well Puppy check-up. If at any time the litter is outdoors there will be NO chaining or tethering of puppies; puppies will NOT be left unattended outdoors; puppies must be in a secure area. These conditions are applicable until Stud Owner(s) takes possession of pick puppy. (N/A / ). If FINANCIAL CONDITIONS include a pick puppy, Stud Owner(s) has the right to have their chosen puppy examined by a veterinarian within three (3) business days of receipt of puppy. If based on professional opinion and with written documentation, the puppy is in ill health or has physical defects determined by examination Stud Owner(s) has a right to return said puppy in exchange for another puppy of Stud Owner(s)s choosing from same litter or one future litter.
