A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by prospective bidders from the dates and address indicated above upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php.2,500.00) to the University Cashier. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or his authorized representative. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in an amount equivalent to at least Two Percent (2%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the form of cash, cashiers check or managers check.
