Introduction

Cathedral schools run under the church of Pakistan. The role of cathedral schools in the promotion of education is very lenient. Church of Pakistan has been looking after the educational needs of children irrespective of what community the child belongs to. Through the years its service has grown from a few schools in the villages around Lahore and other cities of Pakistan.. These schools are located in Urban, Semi-Urban and rural areas of different cities.

SERVICE STRUCTURE OF CATHEDRAL SCHOOL

BISHOP
Bishop is the religious person who has the authority to run the religious system in a proper way. He guides the religious people like pastors, missionary schools, colleges and universities. He has government protocol and has been given value on the government level. Bishops are the senior pastors of the Church of Pakistan.

Responsibilities of bishop
To Teach Has a responsibility to preach the Word of God to his people. To Govern This refers to meeting the needs of the local community (material, social, personal and spiritual) as well as ensuring that Church laws are observed.

COORDINATOR Coordinator is the person who coordinates all the cathedral

schools in Lahore. There are 6 branches of cathedral schools in Lahore; the coordinator coordinates all of them. He is He appoints the staff. The name of coordinator of cathedral schools in Lahore is Col. Azeem Ilyas

Responsibilities of coordinator

Developing a creative learning community across the school To involve parents, Governors and other members of the community . To facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level. To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the schools vision for creative learning into practical implementation.

Principal is the administrative head of the school. He has been selected by the coordinator of the school. The name of the principal of the cathedral school branch 2 is Mr. Anwar Sarwar. He gives instructions to the heads of the departments to maintain the schools standard of education. He reports to the coordinator.

Responsibilities of principal

Assures implementation of state and system policies and procedures. Assures implementation of state and system policies and procedures. Supports and encourages innovative strategies and the incorporation of new technology into teaching and learning activities Promotes cooperation with other informational agencies such as public libraries, resource centers, Educational Technology Training Centers, etc

Vice Principal
Vice Principal follows the instructions of principal. He/she has been selected by the coordinator. They are selected from different branches of the cathedral schools. The vice principal of the cathedral school branch 2 was Mrs. Ehsan now she has become the principal of cathedral school branch 6.

Responsibilities of vice principal

Working closely with the principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school. Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students. Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required. Resolving conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.

Head maintain strategic direction of the department and implementing change which will include responsibility for the management, development and quality of the department's teaching and provide research and student support services. Head also deals with the development and management of departmental staff; and the management of finances and infrastructure.

Class Incharge

Class incharge is the one who hold the all activities of the class and maintain the class record , maintain descipline in class manage the class activities in a proper and systematic way. Class incharge is answerable in front of head of department ,develop students abilities, interests and coordinate through mode of creative activities.

Guide discussions and supervise work in class. Enforce personal development by supporting students to utilize and develop capabilities. Maintain and update attendance records as well as school discipline. Organize classroom as well as learning resources to develop positive learning atmosphere. Prepare and facilitate positive student development.
