ABSTRACT
Net$or% video monitorin& system 'y di&ital means, $hich has advanta&es of unlimited control on distance, easy handlin& e(tension etc, is 'ecomin& a ne$ standard of security frame$or%" )ecause of lac% of net$or% 'and$idth, the collected video si&nals should 'e com*ressed in order to achieve real+time video transmission on the net$or%" Thus, ho$ it is *ossi'le to maintain the hi&h ,uality of the com*ressed si&nal, and at the same time to minimi-e the amount of data 'ecomes a main technical *ro'lem" In order to achieve this &oal, an em'edded net$or% video monitorin& system is desi&ned and im*lemented" This system consists of dedicated !P./+4 com*ression A#IC, 0+'it microcontroller 32+'it em'edded *rocessor, 4+channel video ca*turin& and decodin& chi*s and so on" Its related soft$are $as develo*ed" The results had sho$n that our terminal can 'etter utili-e TCP1IP net$or% 'and$idth" Video can *lay $ithout latency and 2itter, as a result of real+time transmission and rece*tion of di&ital video si&nal"

INTRODUCTION
Video monitorin& system is an im*ortant *art of the security system" In recent years, video monitorin& technolo&y has made &reat *ro&ress to&ether $ith the ra*id develo*ment of the com*uter net$or%, di&ital ima&e *rocessin& and information transmission technolo&y" At *resent di&ital control of analo& video monitorin& system and di&ital video monitorin& system are t$o mainstream systems" 3i&ital control of analo& video monitorin& technolo&y 4 +05 is relatively mature and sta'le, 'ut this system has the follo$in& dra$'ac%s6 it is 2ust a**lica'le to small &eo&ra*hic ran&e7 it cannot e(chan&e data $ith information system7 lar&e volumes of data and not 'e easily retrieved 3i&ital video monitorin& system can effectively overcome the shortcomin&s of analo& video" 8o$ever, it still faces $ith the *ro'lems of insufficient net$or% 'and$idth, lar&e amount of video data, lar&e delay and 2itter of ima&e" To solve the a'ove *ro'lems, this *a*er *ro*oses a video monitorin& system 'ased on em'edded net$or% video monitorin& terminal 9.NV!T:" The terminal can 'e used as net$or% video server" Conversions from analo& si&nal, com*ression and net$or% transmission of di&ital video are all throu&h the em'edded terminal" It is small si-ed, lo$ *o$er consumin&, and its monitorin& ran&e is $ide"

The system architecture is sho$n in ;i&ure em'edded net$or% video monitorin& technolo&y ca*tures video si&nal throu&h the camera, transforms analo& to di&ital si&nals, com*ress the di&ital si&nals and releases to the net$or%" Users can not only $atch the real+time monitorin& ima&es directly $ith our system 'uilt+in em'edded $e' server throu&h the net$or%, 'ut also lo& in server *resent in the center $hich is called central server, it $ill $atch the monitorin& ima&es and also control the net$or% video terminal throu&h dedicated soft$are" Net$or% video monitorin& system &ives alarm, and the local video store" Net$or% central server *rovides video stora&e, ,uery and alarm information *rocessin&" ;or hard$are, the entire system consists of .NV!T, a net$or% central server and clients" .ach *art connects $ithin a net$or%" The net$or% central server and the clients can use a common PC, and the .NV!T is im*lemented $ith the s*ecially desi&ned hard$are"

.NV!T is a very im*ortant *art of the net$or% video monitorin& system" ;rom a *oint vie$ of hard$are, $e must *rovide e(cellent ,uality and fle(i'le ima&e com*ression rate, control costs, decrease *o$er consum*tion, reduce si-e of *roducts, and maintain system sta'ility"

!'/+%$ 2 A%01'#$0#+%$ (, ENVMT .NV!T, $hich can simultaneously handle 4 audio channels and 4 video channels, is an inde*endent em'edded system" It consists of an audio and video ac,uisition module, an audio and video data com*ression module, a control module, a net$or% transmission module, a *o$er module, an alarm in*ut and out*ut module" Its structure is sho$n in ;i&ure 2" A+-'( &"- V'-$( A0@+'.'#'(" M(-+)$

This module consists of a 4 in chi*set, an audio codec and #3?A!" The chi* inte&rates four video decoders and synthesi-es four channel video si&nals to one" The inte&rated video decoder is a *o$erful video si&nal *re*rocessin& chi*" It is used to im*lement analo&+di&ital conversion, anti+aliasin& filter, linear *hase loc%ed, hori-ontal and vertical sync si&nal detection, and di&ital luminance se*aration" The 3ecoder is a'le to decode analo& video si&nal, to @UV46 262 format di&ital video si&nals $hich meet the CCI?AB 1CCI?A A standard" The chi* also *rovides rich functionality to su**ort motion detection, custom <#3 9<n #creen 3is*lay:, ima&e scalin&, PIP 9*icture in *icture: and camera lost detection" The chi* allo$s u* to four chi*s cascade to *rocess the A channel ima&es" Cith this chi*, .NV!T can easily 'e e(tended" Analo& video si&nals ca*tured from the camera are decoded into di&ital si&nals inside the chi*, and then select the video channel or 4 channels, or other com'inations to out*ut" The <ut*ut format meets the CCI?A A standard" The audio chi* su**orts t$o stereo in*uts" .ach stereo is connected to t$o !ono in*uts, so there are total 4 audio in*uts" 4 analo& audio is decoded into di&ital si&nals $hich are encoded 'y A3PC! and sent to the encodin& chi*s" The A3PC! codin&" A+-'( &"- V'-$( C(=?%$..'(" M(-+)$ The module, $hich consists of a dedicated !P./+4 video chi* and #3?A!, is the core module of .NV!T" It *rovides a fle(i'le com*ression and 'etter com*ression ,uality" The dedicated !P./+4 video com*ression chi* is a system+level chi*" It has the follo$in& features" .NV!T, It *rovides a fle(i'le com*ression and 'etter com*ression ,uality" The dedicated !P./+4 video com*ression chi* is a system+level chi*" It has the follo$in& features" 4+channel di&ital audio and video codin&7 The ima&e si-e can 'e *ro&rammed and its ma(imum si-e u* to 2B40 ( 2B407 #u**orts fi(ed and varia'le 'it rate com*ression, and su**ort dynamic testin&7 #u**orts !.P/4121 video com*ression standard7 #u**orts I, P and ) frame com*ression" The in*ut audio si&nal is A3PC! format, so only synchronous o*eration is needed $ithout any com*ression" ;or the video si&nals, users can choose different com*ression methods to meet the different net$or% 'and$idths" C("#%() M(-+)$ The module is made of t$o *arts6 one is a 0+'it microcontroller, $hich es*ecially controls 4 in 1 chi*7 the other *art is a 32+'it em'edded CPU, $hich controls other chi*s" N$#A(%> T%&".='..'(" M(-+)$ Throu&h e(tension of 32+'it CPU data and address lines, the net$or% transmission module $or%s in the 1BB!'1s full+du*le( mode and can send data 12" !) # under this rate, $hich meets the needs of real+time video com*ression system" P(A$% M(-+)$

The *o$er module mainly uses three %inds of volta&e6 V is in*ut volta&e, $hich directly su**lies the alarm module, and converts into other volta&e throu&h the 3C+3C or D3<7 1"0V is em'edded CPU core volta&e7 3"3V is most of the chi* o*eratin& volta&e"

B&.$- (" 9 B'# SCM it is mainly used to control the AP 2BB chi* initiali-ation, indicates communication ca*a'ilities 'et$een the video si&nal and the em'edded system, and receives control information from the main CPU"

CONCLUSIONS
This em'edded security system is a se*arate module $hich can *rovide a standard interface" Cith sli&ht

modifications it can 'e a**lied easily to em'edded fields such as on+site AC servo system, industrial control, and intelli&ent a**liances" Therefore, it has a $ide ran&e of a**lication *ros*ects and &reat *romotion value" In this *a*er, A?! and em'edded Dinu( <# are used as hard$are and soft$are *latform, )oa is used as a Ce' server" Its uni,ue a**roach and direct calls to connect the o*eratin& systemEs file read mode, $hich &reatly im*roved the *erformance of the system" Com*ared to the A*ache Ce' server $or%in& on Dinu(, )oa Ce' occu*ies less system resources, hi&her o*eratin& efficiency and res*ondin& more ra*idly, )oa can sta'ly run on the tar&et 'oard, easy to use and maintain" In addition, the solution 'ased on Fem'edded remote video monitorin&G is also easy to e(*and, conform to small client side re,uirements, &ood o*enness and *orta'ility, and is easy to maintain and u*&rade" The Ce' server )oa selected in the *resent research re,uires small stora&e s*ace and occu*ies less memory $hen itEs runnin&" It also have more functions and su**orts C/I" Communication 'et$een e(ternal e(*ansion a**lications and Ce' server can 'e achieved throu&h C/I technolo&y" This method can not only im*rove system security, 'ut also ma%e it *ossi'le to interact $ith users and create dynamic Ce' *a&es"
