The Cultures of Africa Research Project

Directions:
Students will be working independently researching the culture of one of the following countries
in Africa: Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Morocco, and Botswana.
Students will be gathering information in order to answer ten research project questions.
Students must answer the three required questions listed below, describe the geographical region
and choose two from each category listed below. After gathering information and answering the
questions the students will be required to give an oral presentation on their country. The students
will receive two grades for the project. One will be for the written answers and questions and the
other will be for the oral presentation.
