1. The target audience for this business person is the housewives and hotelier.
Customer needs and expect fresh vegetables on daily basis.
2. vegetable vendor sells tomato,onion,potato, capsicum, ladyfinger, cucumber,
lettuce ,ginger, garlic, lemon. He is in this line of business because of family
tradition and business.

lettuce…the profit margin… are marginally higher at Rs 4-6 per kg.
vegetables like ginger, garlic, lemon, and coriander that spell money for the
business. People buy as low as 100 gm of these items; so profits are as high
as Rs10 per kg.

11. The business person faces competition from his fellow vendors..the usp
of business person is to sell fresh vegetable at discounted price..

12. Potatoes, tomatoes and onions see the highest demand among the
customer..and customer buy vegetable on daily basis or for 2 days…

13. Thirteen years of experience definitely has some customer understanding. Profit
margins depend entirely on who is buying. So when someone sends their domestic
help to buy vegetables, its boogie time and tomato is pitched at Rs 22 per/kg. He
says that the men lack bargaining skills as he gets Rs 20 per for the same kilogram
of tomatoes. Younger ladies don’t quite create a big fuss either, so Rs 19 is a
reasonable expectation. But when it comes to middle-aged women, he might be
forced to sell graciously at Rs 17.

of panwala is the special recipe of his pan..
12. The customer of the business person are mostly labourer so they
demand pan ,cigareete ,gutkha,tobacco..more and they preferred new
ingredients and recipe for pan..
13. The behaviour of the customer depends on their moods.sometimes
They behave polite and other time they behave rude..
