As you can see from the chart that Rae Bareli district has dismal performance in education sector
too.

Some of the ndings are:

A. Only 57.2% Children (less than average) of std 1 - 2 can read letters or words
B. Only 62% Children (less than average) of std 1 - 2 can recognise numbers 1 to 9
C. Only 39.5% of Children (less than average) of std 3 - 4 can read level 1 text
D. Only 33% of Children (less than average) of std 3 - 4 can subtraction


My Point to the Gandhi Family is that despite governing Rae Bareli for decades, why performance
is below average?
