Business Finance Solutions are looking for a Start Up Loans Credit Control Officer to be responsible for ensuring client loan re-
payments are made on time, managing those loan recipients who fall behind on their commitments. Work with clients to re-
establish monthly direct debit arrangements and manage one-off catch-up payments on a monthly basis. Reporting on a weekly
basis to the Head of Credit and Risk on progress across the SUL portfolio.

The duties of the job include:

To produce and oversee the production of Performance Management Information as required by the Head of Credit &
Risk.
To oversee the compilation and accuracy of the General Ledger as required.
Liaise with Business Advisers, Banks, Intermediaries and Mentors to clarify any queries relating to the applicant with
regard to loan recipients, late payments and default resolution.
To work with the Head of Credit and Risk in the general running of the Loan Management Systems and procedures.
Business documentation flow management.
Loan Documentation flow management.
Loan book integrity and supervision.
Responsibility for personal targets.
Responsibility for the delivery of the credit and risk against contract and funding requirements
Responsibly to contribute to overall Business Plan targets
Responsibility for own work environment and personal health and safety
Commit to a personal Continuous Professional Development plan to improve both your performance and customer
added value.

diary management, and e-mail.

Motivation to make the CDFI a success and the self-confidence to help the Team achieve this.
