    This is the first known wiretap related order. It states an unrecorded (never placed on the docket sheet) hearing occurred on Nov 7, 2000 without the apparent presence of the US Government. Indeed, at the later Nov 16 hearing, the US trustee pointed out that the USAO was not even noticed for that hearing, an amazing occurrence considering extreme and extensive electronic surveillance of Lawrence and everyone he spoke to, including his attorneys, was about to occur. There is no record of any notice of hearing, even under seal for the unrecorded Nov 7, 2000 hearing.
