Title : eBag Project
Client : Supreme Education Council, Qatar
Environment : MS Surface and Toshiba Portege Z10t

Scope: The Supreme Education Council launched the e-bag Project that aimed to provide every student and teacher in the
Country a Computer along with educational aids & applications that conform to the National curriculum standards. 19
schools received Tablet PCs in the 2
nd
phase of the project. The 3
rd
and 4

phases of the project witnessed 60 new schools
joining the system on each phase.

Role :
Steered end to end implementation of SEC Custom Image on over 13000 Surface and Toshiba Tablet Devices by leading a
team of 25 Engineers; allocated work to team members
Undertook complete estimation and scheduling of rollout plans
Drove end to end implementation of imaging and rollout processes
Managed rollout of Phase 2 by working in close coordination with all the stakeholders across 19 schools
Led & managed training partners to coordinate training plans with stakeholders from Supreme Education Council

Scope: Qatar Gas Transport Company Limited (known as NAKILAT) is a Qatari-listed Shipping Company established by the
State of Qatar to own, operate and manage LNG vessels and to provide Shipping & Marine-related services to a range of
participants within the Qatari Hydrocarbon Sector. NAKILAT is an integral component of the Supply Chain of some of the
largest, most advanced energy projects in the World undertaken by Qatar Petroleum, Qatargas, Rasgas and their joint
venture partners for the State of Qatar. Nakilat SharePoint Portal implementation was the single source of information for
decision making across different departments in the organization. SharePoint portal eradicated the disconnect in the old
system and served as a database for all the information needed for each departments and management for better & faster
decision making.

Role :
Successfully implemented SharePoint 2013
Finalized requirements for departmental portals by working in close coordination with the Directors of each department
Drove smooth integration with SharePoint by working in close coordination with other partner systems vendors

Scope: This was an IT Tool to support the entire Amiri Flight Operations. The project aimed at planning, steering and

Check the feasibility of flight requests
Perform the necessary activities to make the flight possible (work packages)
Handle change requests
Match planned and current status of the flight and initiate activities

Deputed as Project Manager for Amiri Flight to oversee the Operations Management System developed by an external
vendor specialising Aviation Operations Management Systems

Scope: Marafeq Qatar implemented a fresh infrastructure at the Qatari Diar Data Center. Mannai provided and
managed the delivery & implementation of the infrastructure to setup their Data Center. The project covered the AD
Implementation, Exchange Server Setup and Migration. The project involved HP 3PAR storage configuration and Symantec
Backup implementation.



Role:
Led a team from Mannai to manage all project deliverables involved in setting up the Data Center infrastructure for
Marafeq, Qatar
Coordinated with Data Center coordinators and successfully implemented the project modules; also coordinated with
customer & project engineers and managed risks during project implementation

Title : Desktop Virtualization

Environment : Citrix

Scope: ICT Qatar operation aimed to implement Desktop Virtualization for ictQATAR, which complemented their existing
cloud and enabled them to use the latest technology with enhanced & secure desktop experience from different thin client
and mobile devices. The IT team implemented IT Analytics and logging solution desktop level The project also involved
development of solution for the SAP project which enabled the SAP GUI published via Xen App for the SAP Administrators.
