2014 FESTIVAL OF HOPE

Dear Friend,
Our annual FESTIVAL OF HOPE 5K RUN/WALK against cancer will be Saturday June 7, 2014 at Dewitt Park on Cedar
St., Batavia and you are invited you to join us! We are mailing you a registration form so that you can participate
and start asking for donation support from your friends, colleagues, and family! The FESTIVAL OF HOPE is a great
way to get together with family, friends and co-workers by forming a team or participate individually, while
helping local cancer patients at the same time. There will also be activities for the kids (including a bounce house),
basket raffle, music, and food from 10:00 am 3:00 pm so plan to stay and enjoy the festivities afterward! Use

at the bottom for you to track your support!
Cancer touches the lives of everyone in some way. It could be a family member, co-worker, friend, or perhaps
your own personal story. Genesee Cancer Assistance, Inc. is a community based, volunteer organization dedicated
to assisting Genesee County residents who are battling cancer with our services and financial support. All monies
stay in Genesee County! Our success depends on fundraisers and donations! Checks are payable to Genesee
Cancer Assistance, Inc.; We appreciate and depend on your support!

Participate as a runner or walker by registering with this form. Ask people to sponsor you and turn in your
money the day of the race.
Donate a basket or item(s) for our basket raffle
Purchase balloons the day of the event for our balloon launch (in honor or memory of a loved one)
Purchase a FRIENDS AND FAMILY Sponsor Route Sign for a $25 donation.
These Route Signs will be placed along the walk pathway on race day. This sign will be Your Name -
supports Genesee Cancer Assistance or you can Create your own sign -In Honor or In Memory of a loved
