Exhibit Rules and Regulations
1.
ACCEPTABILITY
OF
EXHIBITS:
All
exhibits
shall
serve
the
signs,
solicitation
or
distribution
of
promotional
material.
Exhibits,
signs
interests
of
the
attendees
of
the
BCHFF
and
shall
be
operated
in
and
displays
are
also
prohibited
in
any
of
the
public
areas
or
elsewhere
on
a
way
that
will
not
detract
from
other
exhibits
or
from
the

premises
of
the
meeting
facilities
or
hallways
of
the
expo
center.

claims,
damages,
suits,
costs

expenses,

limitation,
attorney’s
fees
and
costs,
arising
from

connection
with
the
exhibitor’s
occupancy
and
use
exhibitors
must
be
confined
within
the
bounds
of
their
assigned

the
exhibition
premises
or
any
part
thereof
or
any
negligent
act,
error
or
mission
space.

shall
not

used
for
exhibit
