14-426-Offered by Councillor Councillor Penta Be It Resolved that the Mayor, as the contracting authority for cable public access in Medford, report back as to the disposition of the publicly acknowledged voluntary Ch-3 filing of dissolution by its president and/or board of directors 3 resulting in the April 30th required final filing date. Also, that the Mayor report as to any and all dissollution filing minutes submitted, any and all bank accounts so identified and the accounting balances of monies spent and monies remaining in any and all banking institutions under the control of any one, if not all, of the Ch-3 board of directors. Also, that the mayor informs the cable rate payers and this council as to what happens next.
