1. Each participant has to pay registration fees of Rs.50 each in cash.

2. Last day for registration via email/telephone is 21 February, 2014.
3. Refreshment will be provided to all the participants and the accompanying faculty members.
4. The participant(s) must carry his/her identity card of the college.
5. The participant(s) have to report at CGC, Jhanjeri campus at 9:00 a.m. for registration on the
day of the event, irrespective of the time of the event.

6. Prize distribution will be held at the end of the day on 28 February. 2014.
7. No traveling expenses or D.A. will be reimbursed.
8. Judges verdict will be final.
9. No changes will be made in the event schedule for participants comfort.

Crusader 14-The Passion for Perfection
1. BIZZ BATTLE:
(i) One team per institution comprising three participants each is allowed.
(ii) There would be four rounds.
(iii) Prelims will be conducted, if necessary.
2. BIZZ ANGLE:
(i) One team per institution with three participants will present a business
proposal of their own.
(ii) Time allowed for presentation is 5-7 minutes &3 minutes will be for question
answer session.
(iii) The participant would bring their own soft copy of presentation in virus free cd
or in pen drive.
3. AD-DICTION:
(i) The team will be given a product or a service on the spot.
(ii) Ads have to be created without props.
(iii) 20 minutes will be given for the preparation & 3-5 minutes for the execution.
(iv) One entry per institution is allowed comprising 3-5 members.
4. MANAGEMENT MAESTRO (CASE STUDY ANALYSIS):
(i) Case will be given on the spot.
(ii) One team per institution comprising two participants each is allowed.
(iii) Total 45 minutes will be given to each team, 30 minutes for preparation & 10
minutes for presentation& 5 minutes for question answer session.
5. PANEL DISCUSSION:
(i) Maximum 1 participants per college/ institute.
(ii) The discussion would be of half an hour.
(iii) Topic will be given on the spot.
6. BEING NOBLE (Campaign for a Cause):
(i) Maximum 1 participant per college/ institute.
(ii) Theme for the Campaign is ANIMAL RIGHTS.
(iii) Participants will have to present a campaign for the same using PowerPoint.
(iv) Maximum time limit is 10 minutes.
7. COLOUR YOUR THOUGHTS(POSTER MAKING):
(i) Two individual entries per institution.
(ii) Theme will be provided on the spot.
(iii) Participants will have to draw & paint themselves only with their own material.
(iv) Maximum time allowed is 45 minutes.
8. NEWLOOK (FACE PAINTING):
(i) Maximum two teams of 2 students each including one accompanying student
whose face is to be painted per institution.
(ii) Theme has to be decided by the participants.
(iii) Participants will bring their own material like colors and brushes.
(iv) Time allowed is 45 minutes.
9. WHAT'S YOUR STORY:
(i) Maximum two individual entries per institution.
(ii) A visual will be shown to all the participants, participants will have to make a their
own management story from that visual
(iii) Time allowed for drafting the story is 30 minutes.
10. BEST OUT OF WASTE
(i) One team per institution comprised of 3-4 members.
(ii) Participants can use only wasteful material.
(iii) 35 minutes will be allowed.
11. MISHMASH(COLLAGE MAKING):
(i) Maximum two individual entries per institution.
(ii) Theme: CAMPUS CRIME.
(iii) Participants will bring their own material maximum time allowed is 45 minutes.
12. SPLASH (Rangoli):
(i) Maximum One Entry Per Institution with 2 members each.
(ii) Only Dry Material Is Allowed.
(iii) Participants Have To Bring Their Own Material (Pulses, Saw Dust, Colors, Pebbles,
Flowers Etc.)
(iv) Time Allowed Is One Hour.
(v) Theme: INDIAN WOMAN
