EXT. DESSERT. NEW MEXICO - SUNSET
JANE leans against her SUV, staring at the skyline. She
looks far away into the midair. Suddenly the skies light up
in blue. Dust everywhere. Jane, surprised and excited, runs
over to the black figure lying unconsciously in the center
of the sandy circle. Its a man in a black suit, trimmed in
golden threads, with a green cape. Jane leans closer,
hesitatingly.
JANE
Hey...
LOKI opens his eyes, releases heavy breaths, and passes out.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. SUV - NIGHT
LOKI awakes to find himself lying in the backseat. He sits
up and sees JANE is driving the car through a city of
lights. Many lights.
JANE
Youre awake? Hi. Im Jane, Jane
Foster.
LOKI
I am Loki, of Asgard.
JANE
(Excited)
Asgard? How are you now? You fell
down from the sky. How did you come
down here? Do you know Thor?
LOKI glances at the window. His anger reflects on the
rear-view mirror but Jane can not see it.
LOKI
No, I know not.
JANE
(Lowers her voice)
Hes a friend of mine. An Asgardian
also.
JANE
(Pauses)
Well, if you dont have anywhere to
go, come to my place. Thor could
bring you back to Asgard when he
comes. Ill take care of you.
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 2.
LOKI keeps silent as the car drives off to the night, back
to New York.
CUT TO:
INT. JANES GUESTROOM - DAY
LOKI wakes up and see JANE sits on the floor, leaning
against the bed border, oversleeping. He gets up, fixes his
black suit, and looks back at her in disgust.
LOKI
(Walks off)
Puny human.
CUT TO:
EXT. JANES GARDEN - DAY
LOKI stands in the garden, casting a far look to the blue
sky. JANE approaches.
JANE
Good morning. You feel better?
LOKI remains silent.
JANE
(Pauses)
Im going to work. If youre
hungry, I have food in the kitchen.
Make yourself at home. Good day.
Jane walks away leaving Loki standing alone.
DISSOLVE TO:
INT. JANES BEDROOM - DAY
LOKI walks to JANEs desk. He skims through stacks of papers
and puts them back to their places. He searches the room but
finds nothing.
CUT TO:

INT. JANES DINING ROOM - NIGHT
The two sitting across each other from a small, square
dining table, silently enjoy the dinner.
Suddenly, Loki looks up to Jane:
LOKI
The food is good.
JANE
(Surprised)
Oh is it? Thanks. Eat more then.
You look so pale.
JANE
(Pauses)
Do you remember anything?
LOKI
No. I wake. And Im here.
JANE
Well, I was waiting for Thor as
usual and...
LOKI
(Interferes)
Show me the city. I want to know
more of your kind.
JANE
Ok. I will, tomorrow.
Without saying another word, Loki walks back to his room.
JANE
Good night!
CUT TO:
EXT. NEW YORK STREETS - DAY
Loki and Jane walk along New York crowded streets. They
smile and laugh with each others jokes. They buy coffee and
keep exploring the city.

EXT. METROPOLITAN OPERA HOUSE ENTRANCE - NIGHT
As they sit at a fountain in front of The Opera House for a
rest. Jane looks to the skies:
JANE
I have always wanted to take Thor
here. Show him love, and tell him
goodnight. Its strange you dont
know Thor. Hes one ofthe best
warriors.
Loki clenches his jaw, his hand turns into a fist, his eyes
spark with anger. Yet, his voice is calm:
LOKI
Well eat out tomorrow. I booked a
table.
FADE IN:
EXT. MONMARTRE RESTAURANT - NIGHT
Loki and Jane sit in a corner of the garden restaurant,
having NY Strips Steaks, laughing with each others.
LOKI
So what are you doing as an
astrophysicist?
JANE
I study the stars orbit.
LOKI
(Smirks)
Well, at my place, Im pretty much
a star too.
They burst out laughing.
SPAN TO BIRDS EYES VIEW
THE OTHER (V.O)
My Lord, we found his trails on
Earth. Were not sure what he does
there but hes in close contact
with the Misgards.
THANOS (V.O)
Pay him a visit.
FADE OUT:

INT. JANES LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
Loki is sitting on the couch watching TV when Jane bursts
the door in, totally wet. She throws her bag and piles of
paper on the table in anger.
LOKI
(Emotionless, eyes on screen)
Whats that?
JANE
(Taking off her wet shoes)
Just some documents from
S.H.I.E.L.D. You dined yet?
LOKI
You should change your clothes. You
are wet.
JANE
(Walks off)
Yeah...
Loki hurries to the table. Many papers are spread beside
Janes bag. He smirks as his eyes cast on a folder named
Bifrost (C.U).
DING DONG!
Loki disappears.
DING DONG!
Jane runs downstairs and opens the door. Under the dim
light, stand DR. ERIK SELVIG, smiling. Jane hugs him.
JANE
Erik! I miss you so much. Come in!
BACK TO:
INT. JANES LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
Jane hands a glass of water to DR. ERIK SELVIG. She sits
next to him, staring at a small dot on her glass.
JANE
So, how is your long break?
ERIK
Good. I came across some strange
signs. But overall its good.
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 6.
JANE
(Skeptical)
Strange signs?
ERIK draws his fingers on the tables surface, crossing and
circling it (C.U).
ERIK
The stars... theyre moving in a
very strange orbit.
JANE
Do you think...?
ERIK
(Looks up to Jane lovingly)
Maybe. But its been a long time,
Jane. You need to shake it off your
mind, little girl.
JANE slightly shakes her head.
JANE
No. It happened. Erik, it just
happened few days ago. He said hes
from Asgard.
ERIK
(Surprised then skeptical)
What? It opened again? And hes not
Thor?
Jane shakes her head again.
JANE
No... His names Loki.
ERIK rolls his eyes and looks back:
ERIK
Hmm...Loki, Loki... Ive heard of
this name before. Did he tell you
why he came here?
JANE
(Shrugs her shoulders)
He didnt remember. Anyway, hes
here. Ill call him over.
ERIK interferes as Janes about to turn away:
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 7.
ERIK
Are you sure hes not that Loki,
Thors brother?
Jane turns to face ERIK. Her smile turns into a giant
question mark.
JANE
Thors brother? He said he didnt
know Thor.
ERIK
(Grabs Janes shoulders)
Jane, listen to me... In the Norse
legends, Loki is Thors brother. He
hates Thor. This man is dangerous.
You got to get away from him.
Suddenly, Loki reappears at the stairs, grabbing the folder
in one hand while the other one raises to cast a freezing
air blast at Erik. It hits the glass. The glass turns into
ice. It shocks Loki.
JANE
(Shocked and threatened)
NO!
(Turns to Erik)
Run! Go!
He flees outside. Jane looks at Loki, teary-eyed.
JANE
Youre Thors brother?
LOKI
(Angry)
Were no brother! We never were.
JANE
Why did you lie? After all youre
the one that can take me to him.
Two flashbacks pops up in Lokis mind. One of Odins
disapproval of him and the other one is when he loosened his
grips from Thor.
LOKI
(Rants)
Never! You fool. He pushed me to
the abyss, exiled me. And you
think, I, the rightful King of
Asgard, would lead you back to him?
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 8.
JANE
(Mumbles)
I trusted you.
CUT TO:
EXT. OUTSIDE JANES HOUSE - NIGHT
Polices sirens horn from the streets corner. Eriks back
with help.
BACK TO:
INT. JANES KITCHEN - NIGHT
JANE
(Cries)
Go. I dont wanna see you.
Loki walks to the door. Hesitates, he tilts his head just to
take a glimpse of Jane.
LOKI
Jane,...good night.
Loki opens the door, theres a figure standing in the
shadow, waiting for him. He only shows half of his face
under the black cloak. The figure twists a smirk.
FADE TO BLACK.
