The burn ban, effective immediately, includes any outdoor open flame such as campfires and bonfires. Gas grills can be used provided the grill is over a non-flammable surface at least five feet from flammable vegetation. Any fire resulting from gas grilling is still an illegal fire. Gusty winds and extremely dry vegetation are a deadly fire combination. Don't contribute to the threat.
