Thanks to the large vents, there is greater air ow in

Specically designed for supermotard fans, these
handguards are a combination of lightness and
resistance.
The bar is made of tempered anodized aluminium
6082-T6. Designed to be mounted on bikes with
radial pumps both for brake and clutch levers.
Replaceable nylon sliders, applied on bar side, to
avoid abrasion of the bar in case of falling.

previous version, the new bar has a tighter prole. The new design
is ideal for short levers, making the handguard less clumsy and
more conned. Made of anodized aluminum 6082-T6, the bar
is incredibly durable. The spoiler is made of polypropylene and
mounted with two inox screws with inox threads. The guard is avai-
lable in two sizes, one is 125 mm high and ideal for enduro use,
while the second is 170 mm high and best used for touring.
SWIVEL JOINT
An aluminum mounting kit for racing, compatible with Rally Pro, Rally
II, Rally Mini Cross, Multiconcept and Multiplo handguards. An addi-
tional new hinge adds an innovative feature to the Acerbis kit that
allows adjustment in three directions. With the screw removed, you
can simply rotate the handguards while leaving the expander on the
handlebar. In this manner there is sufcient space to work without
having to remove them completely. Adaptable to all handlebars,
including conical bars.

The pure aluminum version of the Multiplo handguard
is ideal for Supermoto. Made of anti-corodal alumi-
num and polyethylene, the anodised spoiler has steel
threaded inserts for mounting. Its curved aluminum bar
allows for a quick lateral hand release from the grip
bar in case of an emergency. The hardened, extremely
strong aluminum bar is also designed to accommodate
street position levers.

The aerodynamic Rally II is constructed from rigid polypropylene
plastic, without the aluminum bar to offer the riders tough protection
at a reduced weight. Also incorporates a larger spoiler for maximum
coverage and protection against branches and rocks. The lower
portion of the handguard has a more pliable material that bends
and exes to minimize harsh contact with riders thigh.

Mounting kits for oversized handlebars and optional
spoilers for RALLY PRO Handguards.
Acerbis now has an ATV mounting kit. Just add the ATV
kit extension to your mount kit for a clean install.
Indexed steel bar-end insert mounts solid and will not
allow guard to rotate in a crash
Mounts to the handlebar by cutting off end of each
grip and the throttle tube to install bar inserts
Also ts most ATVs with specic mounting kit

SWIVEL JOINT
An aluminum mounting kit for racing, compatible with
Rally Pro, Rally II, Rally Mini Cross, Multiconcept and
Multiplo handguards. An additional new hinge adds
an innovative feature to the Acerbis kit that allows
adjustment in three directions. With the screw removed,
you can simply rotate the handguards while leaving
the expander on the handlebar. In this manner there
is sufcient space to work without having to remove
them completely. Adaptable to all handlebars, including
conical bars.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The original nylon wrap-around handguard often imitated but
NEVER equaled!
Rally Brush guards are injection molded out of a strong nylon
composite.
This material is better suited for the weight concerned rider,
where a half a pound savings over aluminum is achieved.
Top coverage and impact resistance
Indexed steel bar-end insert mounts solid and will not allow
guard to rotate in a crash
Inner ribs for increased reinforcement
Mounts to the handlebar by cutting off end of each grip and
the throttle tube to install bar inserts
Comes equipped with mounting kit to t 7/8 steel and 7/8
aluminum handlebars
Optional spoilers and mounting kits for oversized handlebars
are sold separately
This handguard can t ATVs ONLY IF a motocross style
handlebar is used.
