II. Organizational Context
Under the overall guidance of the relevant Unit Manager, the Intership staff provides support services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work.
The Internship Staff works in close collaboration with the operations, planning and monitoring, communication and program staff as required to exchange information and support programme delivery.
III. Functions / Key Results Expected

HR / Administration / Procurement support Participation in knowledge sharing and building
1. Provides effective support to HR / Administration / Procurement unit focusing on the achievement of the following results:
Updating the personal database of employee Filing the personal database of employee and consultants hard copy Contributing to HR for any interviews preparation Contributing to HR for updating the Insurance reimbursement claims report
2. Supports knowledge building and knowledge sharing on relevant cluster focusing on achievement of the following results:
Participation in the learning and trainings for program staff in the area of operation and program as well. Contributions to knowledge sharing and building in the Partnership office.

Accurate data entry, completeness of documents and HR Database information have an impact on the quality and implementation of the organization operations. A client-oriented and efficient approach impact on the image of the Partnership.

VI. Recruitment Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in : Public Administration Economics, Management & Accounting Political Sciences or Social Sciences Law Information Technology
Experience:
Fresh graduate, min. of 1 year experience is preferable in : Accounting Human resources General administration Secretarial Communication IT Web based management systems Familiarity of graphic design. 3 Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
Language Requirements:
Fluency both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
