1999 - MISAKO opens its first store in Barcelona.
2001 First overseas store Oporto (Portugal).
2008 Relocation into the actual premises. Space of 12.500 m2 holding its
business centre with its distribution centre.
2010 - MISAKO sells 2 millions bags and 2 million complements units.
2010 - MISAKO designs annually 144 bags collections with an average of 3
collections per week.
2010 MISAKO is set up in 13 different countries.
2011 First shop in Asia Taiwan

30.000 euro franchise entry fee per shop (includes software and all the possible visits we make
including opening).
The continuing royalty fee is 0% of gross sales .
The advertising fee is 0% of gross sales .
The goods are sold Ex-works (Barcelona).
Franchisee will make the decoration of the shop according to Misako standards.
The shop will be located in the best shopping area or street.
The sales floor of the shop will be at least 100m2.
Between 80.00,00 120.000,00 euro decorating store investment.
Retail price of goods will be fixed by the Franchisor.
Initial contract will last for five (5) years
