IHYDRATE
INTRODUCTION
iHydrate is an application which is downloadable for free on smartphones.
The problem is that University students are not drinking enough water every
day. This may be caused by the cost of a bottle of water or cheaper substitutes
like Coke. Water is important to stay healthy. Some of the key benefits of
water include reduced risk of diseases, healthy skin, healthy kidneys, energize
muscles.
The solution to this problem is the app we called iHydrate. This app acts as a
pedometer, where each step will contribute to points. These points can then be
used to exchange a bottle of water. This will increase consumption of water for
Univerisity students.
The iHydrate app is being partnered by the University. The University will allow
the app to work on campus. The iHydrate app is being sold to the water selling
companies. These companies gets the their brands on the apps which will help
their future sales and brand name.
