This is why we have come up with the invention of the centurary that will really change the way people perceive seatbelts and really encourage more people to wear them. This new design is called the Electric Seatbelt. This is a new high tech system that has an internal electric massaging system embedded in the padding of the seatbelt and the padding is supported by a hot and cold ventilation system, and the functions can only be activated if the seat belt is clicked in. 3. Overall attractiveness of the industry: The overall attractiveness of the industry is high because car manufcaturers like Toyota, Nissan etc are compelled by law to provide seat belts in their vehicles when they manufacture them (NTZA, 2013) . Despite rivalry between competitors being high and buyer power being high due to many business being available, this industry has a very low barrier to entry and does not cost a lot to set up as one of the few suppliers Han Lien Internation Corp (Han Lien, 2013) has low prices.
