Launched new RtI program in order to improve schools D/F grades
Presented program to faculty and secured 80% vote to institute two changes in Agoura High Schools

Counsel 70 D/F students throughout the Fall semester, motivating them to reach higher levels of achievement
Improved D/F freshman grades by 23% when compared to previous years grades
Oversee all elements of RtI program, and facilitate process between teachers, counselors, and administrators

Asked by administration to serve as schools Dean of Attendance for four-month period
Discipline and counsel students with unexcused tardies or unexcused absences
Follow-up with teachers in order to ensure desired disciplinary action was taken
