Here you get 284 sunny days a year
Sun, sand, shopping - and a drive you will never forget. California has almost everything.
You recognize you when you land in Los Angeles - even if you never set foot in the city. The
tall, straight palm trees framing the roads and streets. The beautiful people. Hollywood sign
towering on the hillside above the town. The sun that shines almost unstoppable and behind it
all: The blue blue Pacific Ocean, framed by sandy beaches, countless times have seen both on
television and in movies.
California has an average of 284 sunny days a year. And beaches enough to enjoy
them on. But this state, the tip of the U.S. west coast, also has much more to
offer than just sun, sand and surf - even though these three also, of course, is a
must when you visit.
To get you the best California has to offer:
Los Angeles
City of Angels is a fine place to begin the California ride. Here you can enjoy both beach and city holiday rolled into one , with one slashing
of experiences on top. Therefore, it is perhaps not surprising that the city is visited annually by almost 30 million tourists from home and
abroad.
As many as 17 million people call LA home, and in that districts are rather scattered throughout, often recommend
having the car when exploring all California's largest city has to offer.
You will not run out of things to do , but here's the least you should be sure to catch you when you visit Los Angeles:
1 Hollywood
Hollywood is perhaps the most associate with Los Angeles. The Dream Factory, and the place where the American dream created day by
day.
Visit the Kodak Theatre where the Oscars take place every year, see the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard - several
kilometers of famous handprints and by all means see the world perhaps most famous plate.
Visit Griffith Park, Los Angeles's largest park, home to the Griffith Park Observatory, a fantastic viewpoint. Pull up when darkness falls.
Parking is free and can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The place is also great to see the famous Hollywood sign. LA Zoo is also located
here.
Universal Studios Hollywood, which is both the film studio, film town and amusement park, is also a must. Be there early, because there
are a lot of people and long queues.
2 Beverly Hills
Lavish properties, beautiful gardens and luxurious vehicles in Beverely Hills do they live that is not only rich, but the mega-rich. This is
also the best - and most expensive - hotels in LA To get from Hollywood to Beverly Hills, you can run - or walk - along the famous
Sunset Boulevard. Shop on Rodeo Drive - if you have large holiday budget - and sit at a street cafe and watch for celebrities.

area a few miles south of LA Remember that the two parks such as Disneyland consists of some of the world's most visited tourist
attractions, so here are the queues and waiting at almost any time of day or year you are here.
7 Laguna Beach

series of the same name, and "The OC". Here the atmosphere is quieter and you can enjoy lazy days at some of California's most
beautiful beaches. If you are interested in golf, you also have many options.
