I /6SE*<A!11 #nce students ha!e been selected and nominated by their home uni!ersities for an
academic exchange stay at the %"C',, they must fill in the online 'pplication +orm at the site
http7//unical.llpmanager.it/incoming/ and send in their ,' as indicated at the pre!ious web site
The accepted students will recei!e a communication for admission at %"C', through e6mail together
with the scanning of the signed ,'
The %"C', will send the decision within a maximum of 9 weeCs after the closing date of the application
period.

mobility period has finished at the recei!ing HE".
7ermination of this Agreement, or amendments to it, can be made annually, if communicated before

9. Termination of the agreement
[%t is up to the involved institutions to agree on the procedure for modifying or
terminating the inter&institutional agreement. 5owever, in the event of unilateral
termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that
a unilateral decision to discontinue the e3changes notified to the other party by *
eptember +677 will only ta-e effect as of * eptember +6778*. The termination
clauses must include the following disclaimer: 91either the 2uropean 4ommission nor
the 1ational /gencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.9]

23ams are certified according to the local grading system, which is a <6&point scale =mar-s range from
*>(<6, minimum mar- to pass, to <6(<6 cum laude?, also the 24T (4@A credits are indicated for the
e3ams passed successfully. 4redits reflect the .uantity, while grades assess the .uality of the completed
wor-. %n order to simplify the procedure of comparing and transferring grades, in a transparent way, from
the Aniversity of 4alabria to other 2uropean Aniversities and vice versa, grading tables are used. These
include the percentage of students that, over the duration of the degree courses, have received Blocal
gradesC for each degree program or group of homogeneous programs offered by e3changing Aniversities.
Drading tables have been organised according to 2rasmus general %42E sub#ect codes.

securing !isas for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the
requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the
Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
The recei!ing institution will inform mobile participants of cases in which insurance
