WHEREAS the Company and the Candidate wish to enter into an employment agreement
Governing the terms and conditions of Work below:
Terms & Conditions - Image to MS Word (Typing)
You might have heard of e-book, e-library etc. You have to keep all the matter provided
to you by images as it is in MS Word. You are not authorized to change any spelling or grammar
mistakes you may find when done in MS Word. Whatever spellings and Grammar is there in the
image file is to be there in MS Word file also.

Mainly we have 5 plans for supplying this project:

Accuracy is calculated for whole link - Not for single page.
(No payments are made for individual files /incomplete set/link).

1. In case of less than 75% accuracy for 1
st
2 slots or unable to finish the work then your money
wont be refunded and your ID will be Terminated.

2. If you get MINIMUM PAYMENT 75% or above for 1
st
slot then your money will be Refunded
and you can continue your work till 6 months

3. The accuracy will be decided by the technical officials of the company and you will have 1 day
for clarification.

4. The QC will be done until your accuracy comes below 60% and the other pages will NOT be
considered for QC if the accuracy falls below 60% thereafter.

After submission, within 3-5 days you will be getting the QC REPORT and payments will be
credited to your account directly/by hand.

All Data Entry Works gives you income according to the accuracy you have maintained in the
work. It is also compulsory to submit the work in time. If you submit uncompleted work or
submit the work late or if the accuracy is below the prescribed percentage for 2 slots then you
are not eligible for any payments or further work.

You have to do the work with utmost care and accuracy.


TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOB-WORK
File Name:
1. File name of the processed word file should match with the corresponding Image
file.
2. File name will always be case sensitive.

Margins & Paper Size:
3. Margin should be as:
Top : 0.3 inches
Bottom : 0.3 inches
Left : 0.3 inches
Right : 0.3 inches
Gutter : 0.0
Header : 0.5 inches
Footer : 0.5 inches
4. Paper Size should be A4.
5. Orientation should be Portrait.
Text Formatting:
6. New page text of Image file should start from new page of Word file.
7. Text should be same as in Image file. (word lines should be match with image file)
8. Type Spelling and Grammar mistakes as it is in Image file.(If any)
9. One Space is enough for word to word.
10. Justification of text is not required.
11. Align the text as appears in Image file.
12. Dont use Bold, Italic and Underline as appears in Image file.(If any)

Font:
13. Font should always be Times New Roman.
14. Font Size should be as:
Header : 13
Text : 8
Sub-Heading : 11
15. Font size should be kept in round figure not in Decimals.

Paragraph Formatting:
16. Paragraph Alignment should be Left and Left & Right Indentation Should be 0.
17. In Paragraph Spacing Before 0 pt , After 12 pt
18. Line Spacing should be Single Line Spacing.

General:
19. If the Symbols are visible then type as it is. If the Symbols are invisible then it wont
calculated for accuracy.
20. Use Enters and Shift + Enters Properly.
21. Unnecessarily inclusion of Space, Enter and Tab is not permitted.
22. You can use MS Office 2003/2007 only.



PARAMETERS FOR COMPLETE [100%] REJECTION.

1. File name given is wrong.
2. Incomplete file.
3. DOC file should be in WIN ZIP format and if any file apart from the DOC file found,
job-work shall be rejected.
4. Total number of pages in the Image file and DOC file are found different.
5. Color text found.
6. If font is used other than Times New Roman.
7. Header and Footer found.
8. IF we didnt receive the process data.
