D: (starts filling in a form... speaks to herself as she
writes) Er... Mrs. Alexis Morris, from the United
Kingdom... A reservation for two nights...  (Now
presents check-in form to the client) Mrs. Morris, if you
could sign here, please.
E: (signs the document) There you are.
D: Thank you, Mrs. Morris. Here's your guest card. You
will be in a double bedroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi,
wireless and complimentary breakfast. Room 104,
G: Oh, Yes. Here´s my bag. One of my friends is coming
soon. I would like to know more information about the hotel
facilities.
D: Oh! Of course Madam! We also have single bedrooms
with a private bathroom. We serve a buffet for breakfast in
our restaurant from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; you can work out
in our gym, which is open all day long, and then you can
swim in our indoor pool; our hotel has a private beach
where you can jog, or take a walk, and finish simply
lounging in our bar.
G: It sounds great! I’ll suggest him to make a reservation as
soon as possible!
 D: Thank you! (Calling the bell attendant) Roberto! (Now
turning to the client) I hope you have a nice stay here, Mrs.
Morris. And thank you for choosing us.
G: Thank you.
B: Good morning, madam,
I am the bell attendant.
