Our Mission is to assess, strengthen, and promote the health of Bufalo County.
Our Vision is that everyone from all corners of Bufalo County work together to improve the quality
of life of those who live in and work in this community.

For nearly 20 years, Community Partners has worked towards building a healthier
Bufalo County. Te support we receive from this community continues to drive and
shape what we do. Every donation moves us closer to reaching our 2020 Vision.

community members can get involved in the clinics work.

After collecting over 400 lbs of unwanted, unused, and expired medicine in April, and with another Take-Back scheduled for
October, we are set to safely dispose of even more unused medicine in 2014. Last year, over 600 lbs of medicine was collected.
