0eothermal7 /ater and )iomass)7 and that ha!e )een added to the national po/er 0rid since 5??=& GEE does so )y purchasin0 and retirin0 rene/a)le ener0y
certi#icates or credits representin0 the en!ironmental attri)utes associated /ith the applica)le amount o# rene/a)le ener0y 0eneration #rom speci#ic rene/a)le
0eneration #acilities in the "nited States& Customer /ill not ha!e electricity #rom a speci#ic 0eneration #acility deli!ered directly to their ser!ice address7 )ut this
purchase ensures that the applica)le percenta0e o# Customer2s electricity usa0e is o##set )y the 0eneration o# ener0y #rom rene/a)le sources in the "nited States
on an annual )asis& This purchase helps support the de!elopment o# rene/a)le ener0y in America and creates important en!ironmental )ene#its in the areas /here
the rene/a)le ener0y is 0enerated& These )ene#its also apply to all o# us in the #orm o# reduced le!els o# CK6 and other 0reenhouse 0as emissions that can )e
expected as more ener0y is 0enerated #rom rene/a)le resources and less is reHuired #rom pollutin0 #ossil9#uel sources& GEE may ta'e up to 8 months #ollo/in0 the

sell7 trans#er7 pled0e7 or assi0n the accounts recei!a)le7 re!enues7 or proceeds hereo#7 in connection /ith any #inancin0 a0reement7 purchase o# accounts
recei!a)les pro0ram or )illin0 ser!ices a0reement7 and may assi0n this A0reement and the ri0hts and o)li0ations there under7 to another ener0y supplier7 ener0y
ser!ices company or other entity as authoriBed )y the DFS&

pipelines the transportation o# Customer2s natural 0as #rom the Sales Foints to the Deli!ery Foints7 and /ith the utility #or the transportation o# the Customer2s natural
0as #rom the Deli!ery Foints to the Customer2s premisesL and (c) a00re0ate Customer2s natural 0as /ith the natural 0as supplies o# GEE2s other customers in order
#or Customer to Huali#y #or transportation ser!ice and to address and resol!e im)alances (i# any) durin0 the term o# this A0reement& As a0ent #or Customer7 GEE /ill

/arranties7 express or implied7 includin0 merchanta)ility and #itness #or a particular use&
$42 7orce MaDe%re 4 GEE /ill ma'e commercially reasona)le e##orts to pro!ide natural 0as andGor electricity hereunder& Jo/e!er7 GEE does not 0uarantee a
continuous supply o# natural 0as andGor electricity to Customer& Certain causes and e!ents out o# the control o# GEE (CForce +a@eure E!entsD) may result in
interruptions in ser!ice& GEE /ill not )e lia)le #or any such interruptions caused )y a Force +a@eure E!ent7 and GEE is not and shall not )e lia)le #or dama0es
caused )y Force +a@eure E!ents& Force +a@eure E!ents shall include acts o# God7 #ire7 #lood7 storm7 terrorism7 /ar7 ci!il distur)ance7 acts o# any 0o!ernmental
