We saw banks all around the globe under immense pressure and creaking at the
seams as a combinaton of regulatory and customer demands lef legacy systems
unable to cope. Few banks had any fexibility in their systems so change was risky,
tme-consuming and expensive.
A glance to the future suggested the pressures would only increase and that those
