1. Flavour
I will choose chocolate bars with Asian mint and black pepper. The substances that give the
mints their characteristic aromas and flavors are menthol (the main aroma of peppermint and
Japanese peppermint) and pulegone (in pennyroyal and Corsican mint). I choose mint and pepper
for the great flavor and taste will have in combination with chocolate. The coolest and spicy
flavor will give you a new experience.
2. Comparison with other products
We can compare our product with the similar Twix chocolate bars, but this new one will have
three mint&black pepper chocolate bars instead of two and the ingredients. The old Twix has just
chocolate, carmel, and wafer cookie things, but the new product will contain a combination of
two extra spicy ingredients.

3. Ingredients
The chocolate bars will contain:
heavy cream;
mint;
light corn syrup;
coarsely ground black pepper;
still-molten tempered 61% bitter-sweet chocolate;
unsalted butter, softened;
sea salt;
finely ground black pepper;
vodka, optional.

4. Packaging
I will package the three chocolate bars in a plastic holder to mentain the integrity of the bars and
in this case there will not stick together even if the place you keep them is not away from the
sunshine.
Moreover the plastic holder, I will wrap them in a plastic to keep it safe from the sunshine and
prevent it from melting. The shape will be as the bars, medium long and the color will make it
look different. Shape determines how quickly chocolate melts in the mouth and this determines
the order and speed different food molecules are released on to the tongue and into the
nose. Also people's memory of food and shape can affect the perception of flavor.
5. Name
The name i will choose for the new product is very simple, easy and catchy! I tought that a
simple name will be more appreciate by the consumers, moreover that they will associate it with
the Twix brand.

6. Consumers
This product will be bought by all the ages. Because it is a chocolate product, can be bought by
children and adults at the same time. This bars will give them the energy dose for all day, and the
ingredients will enjoy their taste buds for sure. The age group is not defined because we all love
chocolate and currently, chocolate, is a product consumed by all segments of the population:
from children to the elderly, women, men, available to all social groups. Chocolate was
consumed by more people in the winter than in other seasons and more was consumed at snacks
than at meals, and our product can bring that sweet snack per day. Some demographic
informations:

- Income from small to large
- Urban

7. Price
The prince for Trix will be 1.10 $. This price includes the ingredients, the packing and labour
costs. I think it is a good price considering that is about three chocolate bars, not two.
8. The promotional offer

website ads designed to appeal to our target market's love for all things chocolate. For the online
ad component, will provide a downloadable savings coupon or purchase incentive that functions
as a call to action.
