Waarom moeilijk doen met aceton mensen?

Ik zou een a/b extractie doen:

Maak een geconcentreerde NaOH oplossing.
1. Los je speed op in je NaOH oplossing, voeg hierbij zoveel NaOH bij todat je w
itte wolkjes ziet.
Voeg nog een beetje NaOH oplossing erbij zodat je zeker weet dat alle Amfetamine
uit zijn zout is verdreven.
2. Voeg nu tolueen toe(ca. 1/2 volume van je NaOH/speed oplossing).
Schud nu ca. 10 minuten zodat je amfetamine vrije base in het tolueen kan oploss
en.
En laat dit ca. 15minuten staan zodat de twee lagen zich kunnen scheiden.
Gooi nu je onderste waterlaag weg.(als je alle amfetamine wilt houden doe je dez
e stap nog een keer met je onderste waterlaag.)
3. Voeg nu aan je tolueen water en zwavelzuur toe en schud krachtig. Voeg zoveel
zwavelzuur toe todat de pH 7 a 7.5 is. Gooi je tolueenlaag weg(of doe stap 3 no
g een keer om een zo groot mogelijke yield te halen), en laat het water verdampe
n.
Wat overblijft is (bijna) pure amfetamine.

"1. Los je speed in een bekerglas op in een ruime hoeveelheid water.
2. Druppel er NaOH/KOH oplossing totdat de pH >12 is. De vloeibare vrije base za
l nu vrijkomen uit haar zout(amfetamine-sulfaat -----> amfetamine).
3. Voeg een a-polaire laag toe(Nafta, zit o.a. in zippo benzine, tolueen, dichlo
ormetaan e.t.c.). Schud nu ca. 5 tot 10 minuten krachtig totdat alle vrije base
op kan lossen in de a-polaire laag en zo verontreinigingen in de waterlaag laat
zitten.
Deze a-polaire laag kun je d.m.v. een scheitrechter van de waterlaag scheiden, o
mdat de a-polaire vloeistof blijft drijven op water(een spuitje werkt ook wel wa
nneer geen scheitrechter voorhanden is).
De overgebleven waterlaag kun je nog 1 a 2 maal extraheren door deze stap te her
halen, om er zo zeker van te zijn dat je (bijna alle) amfetamine gextraheerd hebt
.
4. Doe in een ander bekerglas ongeveer een zelfde hoeveelheid water en voeg hier
aan een paar druppels zwavelzuur toe totdat ca. pH 3 bereikt is.
Vervolgens voeg je hieraan de a-polaire vloeistof toe, opnieuw 5 a 10 min. krach
tig schudden en de pH meten, wanneer deze basisch is geworden dan weet je zeker
dat je wat gextraheerd hebt.
Vervolgens kun je nog een paar druppels zwavelzuur toevoegen en deze stap herhal
en totdat je een pH bereikt hebt van 7 of licht zuur pH 6, niet te zuur maken an
ders droogt je amfetamine niet of zeer slecht.
Deze stap kun je ook nog 1 a 2 maal uitvoeren, net zoals stap 3 om zoveel mogeli
jk opbrengst te hebben.
5. Nu kun je waterlaag weeg scheiden d.m.v. de scheitrechter, de waterlaag bewar
en en in laten dampen. Nu zul je vrij pure amfetamine over moeten hebben, afhank
elijk van de soorten verontreiniging. Er zijn ook verontreinigingen die meegaan
naar de apolaire laag toe."

If you want to clean up your amphetamine the best, than you'll have to perform a
n acid/base extraction on it, to obtain a pure product.It's something you can do
at home with no chemistry knowledge, and with OTC chemicals.
-Make a solution of 1 teaspoon of lye in 50ml of water, if you don't have a lab
beaker than you'll can substitute a shot glass for it.
-Add 1-3 grams of speed to 100ml of water and let it all dissolve, if some stuff
remains on the bottom undissolved than filter the solution through a coffe filt
er, the undissolved crap is an adulterant.
-Slowly add 10 ml of the lye solution to the solution containing the speed, and
keep adding a few ml of the lye solution untill the pH* reaches 12.
-Add 20ml of solvent** to the basified speed solution and shake it so all the so
lvent comes in contact with the speed, that has now turned into the freebase.
-Remove the solvent layer, which is probaply the upper layer if you use toluene
or nafta, keep this layer and throw it into a empty beaker/shot glass
-Add another 20ml of solvent to the basified speed solution and repeat the previ
ous two steps for two more times, and after the 3rd solvent extraction throw awa
y the speed solution, which now doesn't containe any speed anymore, but only the
adulterants which have stayed dissolved in the water.
-Add a few ml of sulfuric acid*** to 30-40ml of water, and add 5ml of this solut
ion to the solvent, and shake it good. Check the pH of the acid solution, and if
it's pH neutral or acidic than seperate the layers and throw away the solvent,
if the acid solution is basic than add a few ml of acid solution and shake again
, and seperate the layers and throw away the solvent.
-Boil down the acid solution on a hotplate or in a pan filled with a small layer
of water, untill dry crystals apear, this is your pure amphetamine sulphate.
*pH, you can measure the pH with pH strips which you can buy on websites which s
ell beer and wine brewing equipment, at the bigger chemists, or at pet shops whe
re they sell aquariums.
**Solvent, you have to use a non-polar solvent, the freebase is exctracted with
this, and because it doesn't dissolve with water it is easily seperated. Go to y
our local hardware store and ask for toluene or xylene, if they don't have it th
an you can use nafta as another option.
***Sulfuric acid, this is often sold as super drain cleaner at larger hardware s
tores, look at the label of drain cleaners, and if it contains sulphuric acid.
