I Submit that in the 1

reference the Revenue Divisional Officer Tenali has forwarded the
application of Smt.Ponnekanti Manjula D/o Nathaniyelu Pramachari,kolakaluru(V), Tenali(M) who
filed application duly requesting to convert her agricultural lands into Non agricultural purpose to
an extent of Ac. 1.42 Cents in sy.No.5/1,5/6,4/4,&82/2,of kolakaluru Village of Tenali Mandal.

cited, the Mandal Revenue inspector-II and Mandal Deputy Surveyor
have submitted their reports on the conversion proposal stating that the proposed land is classified
as Patta land (Govt.wet) As per Account No.2 i.e., Adangal and also reported that ,the proposed
land for conversion is vacant at the house enquiry. The applicant has purchased the said land
through Registered Sale Deed document No.2399/09,2703/2011, 1844/94 of Sub Registrar
Duggirala

It is further submitted that since the date of purchase of the said land, it is under the lawful
possession and enjoyment of the applicant. The applicant has been issued PPB/TD bearing
No.300127 with khata No.5559. The proposal land is not at all Assigned lands/Government lands.
Hence, there is no objection for according permission for conversion of Agricultural lands into Non
Agricultural lands. During my enquiry, the applicant has stated that, she is going to take up
Construction of Educational Institutions in the proposed land and expressed her willingness to pay
necessary fee towards conversion of the land as per certificate issued by the Joint Sub Register,
Duggirala dated,11-6-2013 is Rs.600000/- per acre.

Hence, in view of the above I recommended For Conversion of land in S.No
5/1,5/6/4/4,82/2,&82/2 an extent AC.1.42 1/2 cents of Kolakaluru Village of Tenali Mandal in favor
of Smt. Ponnakanti Manjula D/O Nathaniyelu Pramechari for conversion for Construction of
Educational Institutions.

I invite kind attention to the references cited, wherein a report was called for on the
applications filed by Kumari Unnava Geethika D/o Seshagiri Rao R/o of Angalakuduru Village, Tenali
Mandal, regarding grant of permission to convert their Agricultural land into Non Agricultural to an
extent of A, 1.10 Cents in S.No: 267/3 of Angalakuduru Village of Tenali Mandal. The Applicants
have got the Partition Doc.No: 3572/2007, Dt:16-06-2007 of the Joint Sub-Registrar, Tenali (West)

I Submit that, as per the enquiry report of the Mandal Deputy Surveyotr, Tenali and
concerned Mandal Revenue inspector-II on the proposal for conversion of land from Agricultural to
Non Agricultural Purpose in Survey. No 267/3 to an extent of Ac. 2.24 Cents is classified as Patta
Land as per Account No.2 i.e Adangal. The proposed lands for conversion is being vacant as present.

It is further submitted that since the date of purchase of the said land, it is under the lawful
possession and enjoyment of the applicant. The applicant has been issued PPB/TD bearing
No.215162 with khata No.1456 and regularly paid the Water Tax. The proposal land is not at all
Assigned lands/Government lands. Hence, there is no objection for according permission for
conversion of Agricultural lands into Non Agricultural lands. During my enquiry, the applicant has
expressed her willingness to pay necessary fee fpr conversion. The basic register value of the
proposed conversion of land Rs. 22,00,000/- obtained from the Sub-Registrar, Tenali West.

proposed conversion of land Rs. 9,00,000/- obtained from the Sub-Registrar, Tenali West.
