Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an exercise process of gathering and storing energy from nature. Connecting just as
Thoreau did at Walden Pond to the surrounding environmental and seasonal bliss of nature. This
achieved harmony and internal cleansing through cultivating energy with Qi Gong can also support
longevity. There are many varied yet specific purposes for cultivating different energies with Qi
