A  LOC, loss of A/W reflux (RSI)
B hypoventilation
C HTN, CAD, VHD, A.fib, arrhythmias  ECG, Echo
D anti-PLT, ASA, coumadin, Avoid Sux, N. stimulator  resistance
N   LOC, neuro deficit

Peri-op
 Avoid swinging in BP, and hyperglycemia
 With chronic HTN the cerebral autoregulation curve shifted to the Rt
