FADE IN
INT.SHANES CAR
Shane Stone is sitting in his car. He is restlessly tapping
his fingers on the wheel. In the distance he sees a couple
of headlights heading towards him. He gets out and starts
walking towards the front of his car.
EXT.ALBUQUERQUE DESERT
The car stops about 10 feet in front of Shanes car. Shane
starts walking towards the other car and a man gets out from
the drivers seat and walks to the trunk of his car.
BLAKE
Youre not going to like what you
see?
Shane silently walks to the back. Blake pulls out a person
who is tied up and hooded and puts them on the ground.
SHANE
Youre sure?
BLAKE
Yeah.
Shane pulls out a gun and aims for the head. But before he
could shoot, Blake taps his hand therefore making Shane
shoot the person in the chest.
SHANE
Why the fuck would you do that?
BLAKE
Ah man. You shouldnt have. Oh man.
Im so sorry. Why were you in such
a hurry?
Shane looks confused and starts walking towards the person
to remove the hood.
SHANE
Because Ive waited 6 months for
this month. I wanted to tort-
Shane opens the hood to find his mother behind it. Hes
outraged. He jumps on Blake.

SHANE
You think this is a fucking joke?
Why the fuck would you bring her
here? Fuck you, you cunt. Dont you
dare fucking tell me that my mother
was the one who did it.
Shane slowly starts hitting him as he starts sobbing. Blake
nods. Shane crawls towards his mother and removes the gag
from her mouth.
SHANE
Did you do it?
Tanya Stone struggles to speak but starts talking in a
whisper tone.
TANYA
I..I di- did do it. But it was for
you. Shes a terrible person. All
she did was use you. I did it to
save you from her. Im sorry. But I
had to do it.
Shane hugs his mom. He realizes that his mom is about to
die. So he decides to send her off happy in his arms still
sobbing all the while.
SHANE
Its okay, mom. Its okay. I love
you mom.
Tanya uses her last bit of energy to conjure up a smile and
passes away. The camera dollys backwards and out showing
Tanya in Shanes arms.
