Pharmacist Exam Registration

The Registration and Drug Control Department is responsible for all the required pharmacy
exams for all non-local pharmacy graduates who have completed the obligatory work
experience (not less than 2 years).
The required exams for pharmacists are as follows:
Exams required for non-Arabic speaking Pharmacists are (as per the mentioned
sequence): Arabic exam, scientific exam, Law exam.
Exams required for Arabic speaking pharmacist are (as per the mentioned sequence):
Scientific exam, Law exam.
Candidates that have passed the DHA/ HAAD exams are exempted from the MOH
scientific exam ONLY. The Arabic and law exams are obligatory.
Requirements
Authenticated copy of Bachelor certificate (minimum 4 years)
Mark sheet (4 years should be displayed)
Authenticated copy of work experience letters The applicants experience should NOT
be less than 2 years after the graduation date. The applicants job title in the
experience certificate should be as a pharmacist. The experience will not be accepted
if it is administrative (or any other job title) even if it is within pharmacies.
The applicants experience is accepted ONLY within retail pharmacies and hospital
pharmacies.
Copy of the valid registration for the degree or license to practice pharmacy from the
respective syndicate of country of graduation or residency.
Passport copy with visa page/ visit visa copy.
1 photo with white background.
Attestations:
Foreign Graduation certificates and all Experience certificates that are presented by the
applicant SHOULD be attested from the related embassies and the UAE Ministry of
Foreign Affairs.
Experience certificates for candidates that have trained within the UAE should be
stamped by the Ministry of Health Drug Registration and Control Department.
Important notes:
Applicants that do not fulfill the requirements will not be licensed in future.
No applications will be accepted manually. All applications should be submitted
electronically.
In case, the applicant has applied previously, the issued registration form should be
uploaded with the application.
Applicants should attend the Ministry of Health for payment and document verification.
Hall tickets should be printed by the applicant. It should be submitted to the observer
before exam.
To avoid the loss of an exam chance, kindly make sure that the candidate is capable of
attending the exam.
The chances granted for EACH exam is 2 times (sequentially) and the 3
rd
attempt can
be after one year of the last exam only.
Exam seats are limited and the exam date will be allocated by the concerned employee
as per the exam schedules.
