Customer Accounts Executive (Ref: CAE3003)


Permanent-Full Time
City Centre with some Greater Manchester travel
Salary: Up to 22,000 per annum

Skills & Work Solutions is currently looking to recruit a Customer Accounts Executive. The post holder will then
promote and sell Work Solutions and Economic Solutions Group products and services to meet those needs, working
to monthly targets against key products and services. The role will be based in Manchester City Centre with some
travel throughout Greater Manchester.

The duties of the job include:

Develop and implement a range of activity which produces leads and creates the opportunity to sell
products and services to employers.
Building and maintaining relationships with Economic Solutions Group colleagues to build the number of
referrals received
Using vacancy advertisements in the press and on the web to identify leads before following them up
Work with those employers engaged to identify their recruitment and workforce development needs before
selling appropriate services to them from the Work Solutions and Economic Solutions Group product range.
Where commercially beneficial to do so, develop packages of support for employers, which offer discounts
on certain products and services in order to generate profit
Develop ongoing relationships with employers, who have used services previously, ensuring that repeat
business is generated.
Work with product teams to identify peaks and troughs in product delivery and adjust sales focus
accordingly.

We would like to hear from you if you have/are:

Experience in a similar role
Identify market opportunities and develop differing routes to market
Negotiate with employers, maximising sales as well as managing expectations and dealing with complaints
Prioritise and organise workload
Experience of and ability to deliver convincing presentations both one-to-one and group
Networking and communication skills, both written and oral
Liaise and develop relationships with people at all levels of an organisation
Ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly and accurately, and to work to deadlines
Well-developed IT skills, including an understanding of computerised management information systems,
spreadsheets, diary management, and e-mail
Knowledge of recruitment and training services
