With lower beta and stable earnings, defensive sectors such as
Telecommunication Services and Utilities tend to pay out higher and more
consistent dividends. Of the sectors Franklin Bissett Dividend Income Fund
and Franklin Bissett Canadian Dividend Fund are overweight relative to their
