2. Do we have any option to extend the e-voucher period if the new Distributors don't redeem their e-voucher on time?
Validity of all the e-vouchers under this programme is 30 days. e-Vouchers cannot be redeemed when the validity period is over.
3. If my first personal purchase is worth DP$1,050, do you mean that I am only getting $40 savings?
You enjoy 10% savings on your first personal purchase up to DP$400, which means savings up to $40.
4. Can I accumulate my purchases up to DP$400 over the period of 30 days and enjoy the 10% savings?
No. The 10% savings is for your first personal purchase up to DP$400 within the first 30 days of your Distributorship. It means one order
in a single receipt.
5. What if the first personal order is less than DP$400?
If the new sign-up buys less than DP$400, he/she will enjoy 10% savings on the purchase. There is no minimum amount required for
this first personal purchase reward.
6. If upline placed order and volumed down to the new Distributor because he/she only want to buy something less than DP$400,
will that order enjoy 10% savings? Will it be counted as first purchase?
The 10% saving will only applicable for first personal order. Upline volume down order to the new Distributor is not eligible for the 10%
savings and not counted as first personal purchase. So, the new Distributor is still eligible to place his/her first personal purchase up to
DP$400, within 30 days of his/her Distributorship and enjoy 10% savings.
7. Under the NDEP, personal order does not include volume down orders and EPP orders. Since all ongoing promotions are
included, why not EPP order for new Distributors?
EPP order is not included for the 10% savings. This is mainly because we do not encourage the DD to offer EPP for newly signed up
Distributors as the risk is high on the DD for the EPP collection. They should offer EPP to their downlines who have good payment
records. Furthermore, providing EPP in itself is already an offer for the new Distributors as we do not charge any interest for EPP
orders.
8. Will there be physical vouchers issued to the new Distributors under this programme? If so, how will the new Distributors get
the vouchers?
All vouchers under NDEP are e-vouchers. No physical vouchers will be issued. The respective vouchers will be updated in the system
under the ADA No. of the new Distributors accordingly.
9. If the new Distributors don't have an e-mail address, how do we notify them about the NDEP?
If the Distributors dont have an e-mail address, they wont receive e-mails that we send through the Siebel CRM campaign. They will
still be eligible for the programme. Its encouraged that all Distributors register an e-mail address with us.
10. Is the NDEP offered to new Distributors who signed up from 30 May 2014 onwards? How long will this programme run for?
This programme is offered to all new Distributors who signed up from 1 June 2014 onwards. We plan to run this programme for one year
or longer, until further notice.
11. Will the upline of the new Distributors be informed or can the upline check the status of their downline new Distributors under
this programme?
We are working on a Seibel CRM campaign to provide a monthly report for the upline Platinum DD, for them to follow-up with their
downline new Distributors under the NDEP. The report will be sent to the respective upline Platinum DD through e-mail. Therefore, its
important for all Platinum DDs to maintain an e-mail address with us and check their e-mail regularly. We will announce again when this
service programme is ready.
12. Can the e-voucher be redeemed for an online order?
Amway.sg currently does not have facility for redemption of special vouchers. We are currently working on this facility enhancement.
Until then, redemption of special vouchers are not available for online orders.

Arising from a recent report dated 28 April 2014 published in The New Paper (TNP) (headline: 'Hard Sell
on Health Products at Heart Hospital') on hard selling at the Natonal Heart Centre Singapore, the Direct
Selling Associaton of Singapore (DSAS) had reprimanded and given a stern warning to the direct selling
company whose distributors are involved. The said company had taken acton and suspended the
errant distributors.

The DSAS has advised all member companies to remind its distributors to comply with their companies
Rules of Conduct (ROC).

Please note that retailing of products at the premises of health insttutons or in public premises is
prohibited under AMWAY ROC - Secton 4.

Secton 4.3 Retail Stores states:
No Distributor shall permit AMWAY products or services to be sold or displayed in retail establish-
ments whose main purpose is the sale of products and services to the public, including, but not limited
to places like schools, fairs, shops, fea markets, auctons, kiosks, internet websites or military bases;
nor shall he or she permit any AMWAY products or services to appear in such locatons even if the
products or services are not for sale. No promotonal material related to AMWAY products or services
or AMWAY literature shall be displayed in retail establishments.

This procedure has commenced on the 15 March for workshops happening from April onwards. Distributors
will be given a workshop receipt instead of a workshop ticket. Please present the receipt at the entry.

Q: What is the purpose of having this procedure?
A: As the current receipts already contain the workshop information, printing the workshop tickets is an extra process
which can be removed. Distributors only have to keep the receipt.

Q: How many receipts will I get if I have purchased 5 tickets?
A: You will receive 5 receipts.

Q: Does this apply to all workshops?
A: Yes, the new process will apply to ALL Workshops. However, it does not apply to Rallies.

Revision
We wish to inform that the revised ATMOSPHERE will be assembled in Malaysia, which has already commenced in April
2014. We will be partnering with the same contract manufacturer who is now assembling the eSpring water treatment sys-
tem due to their proven reliability and our positive experience in working with them. Parts will still be imported from other
countries and all units will be labeled as Made in Malaysia to meet complex global customs requirement.

With the launch of ATMOSPHERE assembled in Malaysia, the current ATMOSPHERE (Made in USA) is already
NLA since February 2014. As a result, we will no longer be accepting returns of unused NLA ATMOSPHERE
(Made in USA).

Please note that the features, benefits and performance of the revised ATMOSPHERE remain the same. You will only see
visible changes on the display label and the odour filter, as well as minor changes on the sound & power consumption on
speed five only.

1) Cut-off dates for our month-end processing
All month-end orders must be paid before 7.30 p.m of the cut-off date to ensure confirmation of orders and
corresponding PV/BV. Orders not paid before 7.30 p.m of the cut-off date will be cancelled and its corresponding PV/BV
will subsequently be cancelled and adjusted.

We shall keep these orders for seven calendar days (from the date of order), after which the stock will be placed
back into our Inventory. Your orders will be cancelled and PV/BV will be adjusted accordingly. Refund of your paid
orders will be made via bonus in the following month.

Starting from 1 May 2013, DBS credit card holders would be able to enjoy our Easy Payment Schemes
(EPS) alongside with UOB & OCBC credit cards. DBS credit card holders can choose to use our DBS
Letter of Authorisation (LOA) to make payment.

The Distributor only has to go through these simple steps:
1) Bring the LOA form to the customer/downline (cardholder).
2) Customer/downline to fill up the form in ALL required fields.
3) Bring the original and fully completed LOA to our Order Processing counters to process the EPS
application.

The Distributor will be responsible for verifying the card details and the cardholders signature on the
LOA.
The Distributor will also be liable should the cardholder subsequently dispute charging the payment to
his/her credit card.

The EPS through LOA system is applicable to all ongoing 6 and 12-month products with EPS. All 24-

Should you assign your allocated EPP quantities to your Distributors in Malaysia, Brunei and/or Singapore, the
following terms and conditions will apply:
- In the event of a default in payment by your assigned Distributors, you shall be responsible for their settle-
ment. AMWAY

will deduct from your bonuses and/or recover the full amount outstanding or balance
thereof, by whatever means AMWAY deems necessary. The amount due will be equivalent of the cur-
rency in the country where the product was purchased.
- In addition, you will be disqualified from all other EPPs should you:
- Not conduct your accounts satisfactorily for the last 12 months.
- Return high-ticket items or made high return of goods purchased.
- Default in payment of any one EPP.

Advertising is Strictly Prohibited Via Mass Communication Channels
1. Why is advertising prohibited?
The prohibition is essential for the following reasons:
a) AMWAY business is based on equal opportunity for
all AMWAY Distributors and to uphold fair trade in the
business.
b) Advertisements may reach the homes of AMWAY
Distributors of another Line of Sponsorship (LOS) or
prospects/customers of other AMWAY Distributors.
c) Such advertisements will be viewed as interfering with
another LOS and blind prospecting.
d) These actions could result in the supply of products to
another LOS, the violation of (Section 4.2), which could carry
serious consequences for the Distributor who violates
this rule.

2. What are mass communication channels?
Mass communication channels consist of broadcast
communication methods whether in graphic, printed or
audible forms, mass mailing, telemarketing, national or
international advertising through radio, television, facsimile
services, computer communications network or any other
means by which person-to-person contact is not present.

3. Can I sell AMWAY products and promote the AMWAY
Business Opportunity through the Internet such as
eBay.com, lelong.com, cari.com, facebook, etc?
You are not allowed to advertise or sell AMWAY products
and offer the Business Opportunity using mass
communication channels, which is a violation of AMWAY
Rules of Conduct (Section 8.3.5) in the business manual or at
www.amway.sg>>Support>>Policies and Terms>>Advertisement is
Strictly Prohibited via Mass Communication Channels.

4. Can I share AMWAY information on facebook?
You may share your personal information in using AMWAY
products to your existing customers or downlines via
enclosed networks and to those only connected as your
friends. You may not, however, share your profile by making
it available for public viewing. Upon sharing, you have to
ensure that there are no copyrighted materials being used,
e.g. AMWAY logo, trademark, and images or pictures
because this is an infringement to AMWAYs intellectual
property.

We seek your cooperation to report any such incidences
via e-mail to SGHelpdesk@amway.com, and to provide the
company with the evidence of such misconduct.

Terms and Conditions for 2-day Advance Orders for
Pre-launch of Promotion
Conditions of Eligibility for all EPPs
- Direct Distributors must have a satisfactory accounting record with AMWAY for the last 12 months.
- Direct Distributors who return a high number of goods purchased will not be eligible for this EPP.
- Direct Distributors who default in payment of EPPs will not be eligible for future EPPs.
- Direct Distributors who return any unit purchased under EPP programme will not be eligible for future EPPs.
Important Note:
- EPPs are applicable to PICK-UP orders only.
- Pay the first installment upfront & submit post-dated cheques for the remaining installments at time of
purchase.
- In the event of a default of any payment, that amount and all subsequent installments will become due and
AMWAY reserves the right to recover the monies from the DD through all necessary means, including but
not limited to deduction from DDs bonuses.
- Only DDs who have returned a signed copy of EPP terms & conditions are eligible to participate in EPPs.
Easy Payment Scheme (EPS) Terms and Conditions:
- The ordering AMWAY Distributor must be a UOB, DBS, OCBC or POSB credit card (MasterCard or
VISA only) holder.
- Under the installment plans, 6, 12 or 24 interest-free payments will be charged to the UOB, DBS,

- Ordering may be done via www.amway.sg or walk-in. Payment must be done at the AMWAY
Singapore Order Processing department.
- EPS is valid as per the promotional period of the applicable promotions.
- Installment scheme is subject to the respective banks approval.
