Deceived (My Story)

Chapter One
I t i s the fi rst day back to school for Term 4. Everyone i s so exci ted about seei ng each
other and tel l i ng everyone about thei r hol i days; what movi e they watched? Who they
went out wi th or the detai l s of whom they ki ssed? I m exci ted to see Tri ni ty. I want to
tel l her about my fi rst date wi th Dean. I woul d normal l y tel l Jensen but he s been acti ng
ki nd of wei rd l atel y, he doesn t real l y l i ke Dean much. I don t know why, I try and ask
hi m but he j ust won t tel l me. Hopeful l y i t s nothi ng seri ous and he l l be back to hi s
normal sel f soon.

I wal k i nto cl ass and standi ng at the door i s Dean. I can t hel p i t but smi l e to the thought
of hi m wai ti ng for me.
Hi , so how was your ni ght? Di d you sl eep wel l ? Dean asks me
I l ook at hi m and al most fai nt, I sl ept real l y wel l , had a ni ce dream that thi s term was
gonna go real l y wel l .

Suddenl y Leanne comes by and purposel y bumps i nt o me, I drop my books and l ose my
bal ance but l ucki l y Dean catches me. I pi ck up my books and l ook up to real i se that
Tri ni ty saw the whol e thi ng and steps i n f ront of Leanne before she coul d get to her
group of gi rl f ri ends .
What the hel l i s your probl em?! She screams i n Leanne s face
I don t know what you re tal ki ng about, now get out of my way!
I bet you di d that j ust because Dean chose Josi e over you. Why woul dn t he anyway,
you re onl y a desperate gi rl that uses money j ust to get boys to l i ke you.
You know, you can say whatever you want but at l east I don t chase after hi m l i ke you

SLAP! and Leanne fal l s to the f l oor, she l ooks up and there on her cheek i s a red hand
pri nt. I try not to l augh but eventual l y the l aughter takes over and I burst i nto l aughter ,
so does everybody el se, soon the whol e cl ass i s bursti ng i n l aughter. Leanne, i n
embarrassment runs f or the door and bumps i nto the teacher as he wal ks i n.
Qui et down everyone! What s wi th al l thi s l aughter? I wi l l not tol erate fool i shness i n
thi s cl ass. Mr Kane demands.
Leanne j ust got a great sl appi ng; she has a pri nt to remember i t too. Jensen says and
starts l aughi ng agai n

Everyone st arts l aughi ng agai n and I noti ce that Mr Kane wants to l augh as wel l but
si nce he s a teacher he thi nks i t s i mpol i te and therefore keeps a strai ght f ace . I al ways
wonder how come teachers don t show thei r wi l d and fun si de, they re al ways so bori n g
and seri ous. I someti mes wonder that i f al l teachers were fun then we students wi l l
probabl y l earn more easi l y and cause l ess troubl e. But who cares , I guess i t s j ust how
they re meant to be or want to be.
