ACTwatch weekly meeting minutes

Welcome Megan
Littrell
VV welcome Megan Littrell as the new Senior Research Advisor for ACTwatch.
ML is undergoing orientation this week and begins working on Benin study
design with JA.

DRC update

Data cleaning has started. All questionnaires have been brought back from Ipsos
to the ACTwatch office.
JA: To update on progress next week
Myanmar update

All reports and tables submitted to Myanmar as promised. Chris White to write
an article based on the project and results and circulate for feedback.

No action form our part until we get
the abstract from Chris.
Nigeria update

Trip reports have been circulated for feedback. Chinazo is back in the office this
week. RS to work with Chinazo to complete the field report.
Data entry - Erick checked the number of records and relayed to Nigeria that we
are missing over a 1000 records. Nigeria to send the final dataset with complete
records.

Cambodia update Data entry is complete. A total of 16204 outlets have beeb approached, of which
we 1480 are eligible for inclusion. TSGs audited = 2705; NT = 2803; RDTs = 1263
Data has been sent to Kevin, who will begin cleaning the data in February.
KD to clean data after returning from
Madagascar in February

Zambia
JR and VV working on study design. KD has offered his comments on the
questionnaire following Lasons feedback.

Benin
JA working on Benin study design and questionnaire. ML to support JA to
complete the study design and questionnaire.

Kenya/ Tanzania
VV- the draft contract will be sent back to UNITAID this week for amendments.
More to come after we hear back from UNITAID

Smart technology
VV working on a strategy to implement EDC in target countries.
