One of our Corporate Clients in the HORTICULTURAL industry is looking for the Suitable
Candidate to fit in the following Position.
IT Officer
Resposibilities
Report to the Quality Control Manager (QCM) on arrival and before departure and
adhere to the working hours set by the company.
Relieves Phall IT officer when they are on off.
Relieves IT manager when required or is on off
In charge of managing, printing, ordering, waste control, filing and storage of variety tags
used in supply chain.
In charge of managing, printing and filing all stickers used in supply chain
Generate monthly input losses report for PPE, SFK, sleeves, tags, stickers rubber bands,
staples, boxes and strap.
Carry out any other duties on request by your Manager or the Manager on duty.
Requirements
Good knowledge of IT
At least one year experience
Good working knowledge of excel and access
Able to deal with databases on Access well and produce reports
Well organized and can manage flower tags database
Code bare and Tags management
Supply chain input materials management
Materials waste report supply chain
Reliever in IT
Cleaning IT equipment, server management knowledge
Able to work on Sundays, off day any other day.

Applicants are invited for the following positions:-

Applicants should be holders of a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
from a recognized institution.
They must have passed KSCE with a minimum of grade C and above. They must have at least
one (1) year relevant experience.
In addition, they should have knowledge in Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Automation
tools and Certification. Certificate in network will be an added advantage.
Please note that the appointment is on a two year contract term renewable on mutual agreement.
Notes
Applicants for academic posts (AC) should forward ten (10) copies of their application letters
accompanied by similar number of certified copies of certificates and C.Vs giving details of their
qualifications, experience, research activities and publications they appear in. Applicants for
non-academic posts (AD) should submit seven (7) of the above supporting documents and
