WeareseekingahighcalibercandidatetofillthefollowingvacancyinourHongKongoffice:
ProjectExecutive/ProjectManager
As part of our client facing Project Management team, this position assists Project Managers to
handlehighvolumeofpackagingartworkprojects.
Responsibilities:
Support Project Management teams daily operations, such as project preparations, system
updatesandcreatecostestimates
Prepare briefs and ensure all relevant parties (e.g. artwork team) are clear about the project
requirements
Coordinatewithclients,vendorsandinternaldepartmentstoensuretasksarecompletedon
timewithsatisfactoryquality
Prepare documentations such as tracker, spreadsheet, etc. to keep various parties abreast
ofthestatus
Adhocassignmentsasperteamleadersrequest
Requirements:
Higherdiplomaorabove,freshgraduateisalsowelcome
Candidate with 2 years or above relevant experience in retail packaging design and artwork
managementwillbeconsideredasProjectManager
Able to understand clients corporate guidelines and requirements, then provide a clear and
thoroughjobbrieftointernalparties
Fast response, excellent time management and strong problem solving skills, able to
manageprojectsundertightdeadlines
Excellentcommunicationskills,abletocommunicatetopeopleatalllevelsefficiently
Goodinterpersonalskills,abletoworkwellasateamorasanindividualcontributor
Detailedminded,wellorganized,goodatreporting,abletomultitaskundertightdeadlines
